We all know Deakins kicked butt with Skyfall.

My vote goes to Michael Reed in OHMSS.
All the snow scenes are beautifully shot, but my favorite shots are the sunrise shots during Bond and Draco's "crusade." The helicopters on top of that sunrise are magnificent.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service is neck-in-neck with Skyfall as the most visually entertaining Bond film.

OHMSS has got it all. That's for a different thread :p
Your thoughts?

OHMSS is absolutely one of the best. You only live twice also, but as you can imagine I am a bit biased. Moonraker also had great locations and visuals I think.

I was also going to cast a vote for YOLT. Glad you mentioned it.

Freddie Young from You Only Live Twice gets my vote. I really liked the shots of Bond flying to the Ninja School via helicopter and the shot of the sun rising behind Kissy as she and Bond go out with the fishing fleet in the early morning. Also I feel that Alan Hume did a fatastic job in with the cinematography for The Living Daylights, especialy his "chocolate box" shot as mentions in the audio commentary.

I would agree with PPK 7.65mm above. The aerial camerawork on Bond's rooftop chase in YOLT has always impressed me.

Having also just watched TLD with the audio commentary I agree Alan Hume was top notch.

Cast another vote for Moonraker too. Gorgeous film.

    and of course Skyfall.
    My current 10 favorite:

    1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK

I guess it ties with the Most Well-made Bond http://www.ajb007.co.uk/topic/40465/most-well-made-bond/.

OHMSS, MR, TSWLM, CR, and SF are all gorgeous.

I'll credit YOLT with good shots, too.

YOLT, TSWLM, CR have amazing cinematography ..... but Skyfall's was on a completely different level
....and the best he ever managed was a sermon on the mount.
