We all know Deakins kicked butt with Skyfall.
My vote goes to Michael Reed in OHMSS.
All the snow scenes are beautifully shot, but my favorite shots are the sunrise shots during Bond and Draco's "crusade." The helicopters on top of that sunrise are magnificent.
On Her Majesty's Secret Service is neck-in-neck with Skyfall as the most visually entertaining Bond film.

Having also just watched TLD with the audio commentary I agree Alan Hume was top notch.
Cast another vote for Moonraker too. Gorgeous film.
