If Bond were to have a kid how would he react?

How do you think Bond would react if he ran into an old flame and discovered that he had a kid? I mean he gets more action than any fictional character on the planet it's hard to imagine he doesn't have a few illegitimate children out there. To be honest I've always been surprised that he's never gotten an STD or that there's never been a funny scene where somebody's said "Bond why is it you never get an STD?" and Bond saying "Good genes I guess though I did get crabs once."

    Bonds kid lives on a far away island called Kuro in Japan. In the end of the novel YOLT we learn, that Kissy Suzuki, the ama girl that lives with Bond is pregnant. We do not know whether Bond is later made aware of this or not.
