Penelope Cruz is a great choice...a helping of Zoe Saldana would be nice too....
I still think Rachael Stirling would be a good choice, she's only what 36 or so...a few years younger than Cruz...
I'm not big on blonds, but Charlize Theron would be nice also...

I still believe Stana Katic from Castle fame should be allowed back into the Bond franchise after starring briefly in QOS. She is a great actress and her fame is at a good level.
Diana Rigg's daughter, Rachel Stirling is also a must have as well!

I think Lily cole has the makings of a Bond girl, yet her look is unconventional. She would probably be a better fit next to a younger and taller Bond.
Yes, she has an elflike look. She is strikingly beautiful, but different from other Bond girls. Lily Cole also has a better filmography than most models.
If any one fancies a laugh, The Sun were running a rumour that Helen Flanagan will be a Bond girl in Bond 24.
She'd make Denise Richards actually sound like she had a degree in Nuclear psychics!!

Lily Cole did a Doctor Who ep as an "ethereal" being. Really, all she had to do was look like a ghost and she did that very well. Otherwise, I have no idea what her acting skills are. . .
No 5. Yuliya Snigir Smokin in Die Hard
No 4. Vera Farmiga Norma - Enough said.
No 3. Rinko Kikuchi - Best thing in pacific Rim
No 2. Rachel McAdams - mmmmmm
No1. Kerry Washington - Django great performance

I first saw her in Tery Gillam's "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus". She can clearly act well enough for a Bond girl.
She is a good actress and a great role model for young girls as she has refused to loose weight for
some roles ( not that she needs to, just executives wanting stick insects as female leads ). The only
Problem is she is probably too young but maybe in a few years. -{

I could be all alone here, but I think she looks kind of..........weird!
