Great Acting moments

I consider myself a fan of Television and Movies. Instead of watching telly I collect TV series on DVD's, I also rent a lot of movies out from the DVD store. When I watch movies and TV I sometimes pick out really good acting moments. I'm talking about moments which take me out of the story for a minute and I usually rewind and watch them again and again in awe of the actors ability. I thought it would be fun to set up a thread where members post Youtube videos of the great acted scenes etc. I find them in surprising films and shows.
First off I wanted to kind of get away from the 'well-known' stuff a bit, talking about going away from 'Luke I am your father' stuff. Also maybe tone down on the Bond stuff ause we've porbably all seen Georges "Its all right...It's quite all right" scene heaps etc.
Maybe not the best start-off Video but here's mine, I can't stop watching it, you have to watch the whole video to really grasp it, Best Nathan Fillion scene ever.
