It only takes one then before you know it you have a collection (mine has at least 5 Bond watches in it and some some classics!).

It’s an interesting but expensive hobby but let’s face it money in the bank earns you sod all these days! I would rather enjoy it on my wrist :D

    Cheers :007)

It used to be a tradition that the lady got an engagement ring, and she'd
give the Groom a watch. Although perhaps that's not done these days.

Unless your Mr. Vesper who hates watches so he was given a wedding coat. It makes life hard if a man does not like watches.

I like watches, I guess Mrs coop is a modern sort of girl who sees no need to buy the groom anything..... At all... Whatsoever.... Nada..... Niente... Nichts

I suppose I should be thinking that she herself was the best gift, but I'd have prefered a new watch :D

:)) are you another groom who shelled out your hard earned money on your bride to be and got nothing in return except an end to your carefree bachelor days?

I'm not even hard to buy for, if it says James Bond, Omega or alfa Romeo on it then I'd be happy.

A long lost son/daughter would tick the transgender box.
    If that's not a sexual innuendo ;)

Anybody catch episode 1 / Season 2 of Westworld!?

Did everyone notice Bernards Omega 2500 Omega PO? Looked like the one Bond wears in Quantum of Solace which of course has JW star and play Felix Leiter.

Season 1 looks like he wears a Bond Seamaster 300 but maybe chrono version.

Hope he comes back in Bond 25 for Daniel Craigs swansong

I did notice. Since it takes place in the future, it would be a vintage watch or knowing Omega one of many rereleases. :))
