I'm interested to know how you wear your watch?
Before or after the bone wrist?
Apparently one should wear it before. This means that the band must be adjusted tight.
I personally like to wear it after the bone wrist.

Behind the wrist bone, so the crown is not digging in to your hand if you bend it upward :007)

What he said, wearing it below the wrist bone breaks more spring bars and watches than everything else put together.
It shouldn’t sit on or between joints, it should sit on the radius and ulna so it doesn’t move about and interfere with your movement in any way.i
I wear my watch like a bracelet see below - allows for expansion in the summer. Never had it cause a spring bar go, many have their bracelets too tight hence the love of the new micro adjusting clasps.
My working watches before the wrist bone.
Cheers :007)
My name is Bond, Basildon Bond - I have letters after my name!
Wearing it too close to the wrist does indeed damage the band links and limits wrist movements, but I personally find it nicer to wear the watch like that.
I was interested to have your thoughts on that -{
For me it's above and tight enough so it doesn't slide up and down. I've experimented with having it slightly looser using a half link but I find it really distracting - even a half link seems to make a huge adjustment in size.
My name has changed! I’m no longer dufus......now I’m DB6
So the top is being worn as product placement, they even made the Omega logo bigger for the screen.
The Connery Rolex was not Product placement and is worn how it should be -{
In the Brozza films, he always wore his watch too loose so that it would slip from under his shirt cuff onto the hand almost and enjoy a more prominent role on screen. Craig wears his watches tight below the wrist bone when he is blatantly showing his watch off in the films and during interviews. When not promoting the watches, he wears them in the correct place. He does wear them correctly in the films most of the time too, it’s just during closeups that they change the position.
Here’s an interesting titbit When the watch is worn loose like that, they use double sided fashion tape designed to keep women’s low cut dresses in place. Applied to the caseback, this keeps the watch case central on the wrist so it doesn’t flop about or slide up and down the wrist. It also keeps the case flush to the wrist and in an ideal position for product placement. It was overused in Brosnans films, so much so, you can see it in one instance. I think TWINE.
They also used this tape on the defibrillator paddles.

Would be nice to see in 25, but unlikely.
No more for no more watches.

I would think that wearing it on your leg would make reading the watch a little difficult? )
