"What If?" Scenarios

Have you ever been watching a Bond movie and thought to yourself "I wonder what would have happened if...?"
I'm currently watching Moonraker and am wondering what would have happened if Holly didn't stay in the ambulance. After Bond and Drax's fake EMT guy fall out of the back of the ambulance, Goodhead presumably just chills in the back of the ambulance. Was she too scared to jump out of the back? Might it have ruffled her hair and smudged her makeup?
Regardless, what would have happened if she made a bid for freedom? Would she have died from injury? Would she have escaped and lived happily ever after as a CIA agent? I imagine Bond would have been screwed in his attempts to thwart Drax. Holly played a big part in helping him stop Drax in the climax of the film. Bond would have likely failed his mission, which would have meant that Goodhead's freedom from the back of the ambulance would have been short-lived.
Perhaps Bond still would have succeeded. If this were the case, would Goodhead still get re-entered? Or would the two have never seen each other again?
I am probably nitpicking a very minor issue in an incredibly over the top film (that I love so dearly), but please list any "What If?" thoughts you've had while watching a Bond film.
