Worst PTS sequence?

Although there is none I truly despise I'd have to say TMWTGG is my least favourite. It just doesn't excite me at all anymore and seems to be there just so the finale of the film is given a little more substance.
....and the best he ever managed was a sermon on the mount.

a little lack luster. Same with TMWTGG, not that they're bad just not as impressive or
Imaginative as some of the others.
LTK also sucks in my view, though the last Batman paid homage to it, or rather did it better.
Roger Moore 1927-2017
Yeah, I think all of Brosnan's PTS were slightly too long but they were always action packed.
Or maybe QOS actually... Or DAF... One of those three anyway!
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
I thought they had started to run out of ideas. Bond flapping about, for me anyway
Just looks embarrassing. It's one of those (Face in palm momments ),although I'd
love to have My face in Pam. )
Never been too keen on YOLT. Space stuff & music good but Bond being flung into the wall & shot feels too contrived at trying to fool the audience. Hard to believe I'm typing this about Bond whose plots are scant on logic most of the time anyway, but this one really doesn't make any sense.
AVTAK. Good ski stuff ruined by California Girls. And it's not even the original Beach Boys version!
LTK. Terrific film marred by a substandard opening. Worse given how good the previous Dalton opener was. But I do like the parachuting into the wedding ceremony bit.
Seriously, my vote would go to LALD. Just a little too flimsy, even with the nice dissolve from a dying Baines to the fantastic theme song, as Nap mentions.
TMWTGG gets my vote, too.
FRWL- The whole "realistic Bond mask" idea is such a joke.
FYEO - Helicopter stunts and gasworks location were great but the corny dialog and soundtrack really bring this one down.
OHMSS - Bond in a cigarette advert. Suicide scene makes little sense taken out of context of the main storyline. Tracy's head never even dips underwater yet she somehow almost drowned?! Who were the henchmen anyway? This clunker gets my vote.

OHMSS PTS is a bit of a mess but I just admire the way it was shot. So mysterious & different from anything the Bond series had seen before
I agree, I have always enjoyed the PTS from OHMSS. I thought it was a good way to introduce the "new" Bond.
After all the Suicide starts the novel, with a great fist fight thrown in to show how the new guy
could handle the action scenes.
"Ooh, you don't get around me that easily..."

+1.
One of the best PTSs and the way it introduced Bond, part of a slow reveal, was used again to introduce both Dalton and Brosnan.
The OHMSS PTS cinematography, music, setting and a standout fight sequence make it one of my two or three favourite PTSs along with Goldfinger, TSWLM, and TND.
I recall the suicide attempt coming after her embarrassing loss at the casino.
Brilliant way to show cigarettes maybe, but doesn't do much to introduce a new Bond. Filthy habit...

Yes, with these two movies that have a new Bond, following Connery and with the purpose of the PTS to give audiences a jump-start and taste of what big things are yet to come in the movie, they really needed to ask themselves what they were thinking?
Agreed that LALD is a little weak. That being said it leads into a great title sequence and it seems like they want to hold off on introducing Moore until the right moment. It pays off in the end, but if you're judging the PTS by its merits alone, then it is one of the weaker efforts.
Diamonds are Forever is probably my least favorite, but that goes for many aspects of the movie. I don't think campy Connery works because of his established persona in the first five films (though one can argue that YOLT starts to get a little campy). In addition, it is just a bad successor in style to OHMSS. Completely takes any emotion out of what happened at the end of OHMSS if you are watching the two in succession.
AVTAK was a huge missed opportunity for me as well. Snowboarding was pretty unknown at that point and so having Moore use a skimobile's track as a snowboard was very cool and yet they managed to make it incredibly silly because of the California Girls song.

I didn't mind the Moore sequences because they were consistent with his type of Bond, though A View to a Kill felt flimsy and cobbled together from previous Bonds . . .the faux Beach Boys music also did not help.
Connery's return in Diamonds are Forever doesn't strike me as a high point in the pre-titles sequences, though it gets better for me when he dispatches "Blofeld."
But I would have to agree that the sequence in The Man with the Golden Gun is probably my least favorite.

Uh oh! Looks like I might be in trouble according to your esteem meter, because I agree with Gassy on this one.
