Is anyone familiar with this website? They claim to be a Barbour outlet, but I'm a little skeptical. These prices seem too good to be true.

I've been trying to find the Barbour Stratus jacket since I really can't afford the Beacon or Commander, thought I had found the sale of the century
Popped up on the first page of a Google search for "Barbour Commander Olive."

Usually when sites have prices which look too good to be true - they are.
It's a fake site, jackets are copied and made in China, avoid, the commander does not seem to be as popular and if you go to aspecto they are currently selling real ones for £299.99

When it's this illiterate, it usually means China...which means fake. Stay well away!
- Nobody sells the entire Barbour range 50% off or more.
- just read the faq and you'll see typically chinese buthered english sentences
- if still in doubt, use whois and enter the url. You'll see than that all these fraudsters are located in China.
- urls or emailaddresses like "cheapbarbour..." are a good sign also.

These websites are very easy to spot. Start by assuming that everything on the internet is a fake, fraud or fiddle and then work backwards. Deplorable grammar hidden amongst the FAQs or 'About us' are a dead giveaway, although some of these dodgy sites simply copy and paste the FAQs and other text from genuine sites. Finally, you can put the URL into Google and find the info that Bondtoys provided above. They tell you everything you could ever want!
So bird558, if you're genuinely unsure and just looking for a bargain (message 10), sorry mate, take the advice here and save your money to buy a genuine Barbour.
But if you're in some way connected to the manufacturer/seller (message 12)...climb back in your corrupt, illegal sweatshop hole and look for other customers without brain cells who'll buy your rubbish clothes, watches and whatever other garbage you're flogging.
