If I had to choose I'd say 1977-2002 Moore, Dalton & Brosnan
    My current 10 favorite:

    1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK

That's bold. Are you not fearful of incurring the wrath of Connery fans? ?:)
Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.

    Only Blackleiter. :))

I should probably add the first 3 Connery films as they are definitely among the very finest.

The 1964 to 1975 range is my least favorite. (TB thru TMWTGG) None of those films are near my Top 10.

As fans we are fortunate to be able to select our favourite era, whereas most other action films are lucky to have a halfway decent sequel.
    My current 10 favorite:

    1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK

With 007 back at the top of the box office, Bond cool and trendy again.
Perhaps this is the best era to be a Bond fan ? :))

A few months ago we had a topic called 'your favourite Bond threesome' (or something like that :))) where I came to the conclusion that IMHO there have never been 3 great Bond movies in a row. So my favourite Bond era will always include one or more clunkers.

Yep, as in the consecutive three thread. And mine was TLD, LTK & GE.
And for the 60's, GF, TB & YOLT.

Ah... right. I'm not a big fan of GF and TB so I might have forgotten about those :))

I would have to say my favorite is the era before the reboot. I've posted many times before about my favorite movies and essential movies in the series.

Everyone's messing with my particular era description!!! :#

I'll go with the 1962 to 2002 era as my favorite. :)

I was also specifically thinking of the 1962 to 2002 era, but for me, declining after the 80s.
