A drink for my friend Barbel who explained me the difference between silly and stupid this morning and now I am not sure if I am silly or stupid

...And I saw the picture of Captain Mainwairing too!
Here you go Higgins, for you a "Der Smaragd Leuchttrainer Mischer" one of my own mixes. More or less. The umbrella is free! Here is Barbel's usual double too.
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?
No spoilers in the bar, of course, but I enjoyed that film on Wednesday and am hoping to go again early next week, perhaps with Bride Of Barbel this time. Need to see it a good few times so it can sink in!

Higgins - It's called "Smaragdas" as I was out of lime cordial and had to improvise with green Creme De Methe, hence the colour. Tastes better too!
Sir Miles - Crikey not seen you for a while in here M! What are you after to drink? I would offer a Quantum Of Sozzled, but the digital sythe implies you are on topic patrol!

And you know what else I'd like while your pouring that? I'd like a dedicated thread on that Higgybaby fella's review of Spectre. Not asking so much, is it? And maybe a bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1947 in a brown paper bag, please.
More chance of getting your third request than your second! )

Here is your branch water Domino.
The wine you can have in a glass, or you can purchase the unopened bottle to take with you. The only brown paper bags in this establishment are provided in the ladies toilets, for the ladies toilets. This is a pub, not an unlicensed illicit speakeasy!
As to thread issues, that is outside the pub's remit. You'll have to talk to M or Barbel about that sort of thing.
Right, scuse me, (picks up a large metal dog bowl, filled with minced beef) I have to feed the cat. Holly, Dinner!

Yes...I don't get out much but I was just walking my pet rat...
Ah, sorry...duty calls...off to delete more threads 8-)
TP might just be kidnapped by the IRA again. I understand it's a common thing in his neck of the woods. No need to worry, he probably only needs to perform a catholic ritual or two before they release him.

It's sad to lose TP as he was the biggest poster on here and a larger than life character with a real sense of fun but perhaps after a while he will return...

So, barkeep... I would love a dirty martini... and yes, I've been drinking these way before Madeleine came swanning onto the movie screens.... )
Some of the names of these drinks! Dirty mix, clean glass.
I am not a gambling man but I like to think "Thunderpussy will return." At least I hope so.
One task I need to delegate is shoving batteries in that A.R.S.E. Not doing that every few days! Any volunteers?

I've asked him to write to Sir Miles or me, we'd like to hear from him.
I think he was fed up with all the negativity, as he saw it, about Bond on AJB and I doubt he'll return (for the time being at least).
Yeh, but you have to take that all with a pinch of salt... I mean the stuff that's been said about SPECTRE is enough to drive anyone to drink... but..when your beliefs are being challenged, you have to stay fast... and realise that everyone has their opinions. (Whether or not there aligned with yours, is all part of the fun :v )

So, even the movie title classifies a spoiler?
I guess that the mods have a lot to do in the last 6 months

As he rightly should be when they are trolling and rubbish.
Eh? Oh not again! Here is a replacement drink. Those bits of wood were a clawing stick. I must have confused them with a drink stirer!
Do you have a new Asian Chef or are the mice back? :v

Course he will,
.... and no doubt with a response like... "I never left...."
Yep and from your welcoming posts over there it's obvious what you really think about AJB X-(
