After I was diagnosed with diabetes this is the only place I can eat Kvikk Lønsj (or KitKat at a pinch)
I have just cured/got under control my type 2 diabetes, I put this down to juicing 6 types of fruit and veg in the morning, and having more veg with my evening meal.
So from 3 metformin a day I'm on NO metformin ( type 2 medication )
As I got such a good result from that I changed my lifestyle totally and have cut out all red meat (unless Higgins is involved so I do have cheat days) and have got my cholesterol and blood pressure down to normal, so Im also off of that medication to -{
I would recommend the juicing though, you see the results very quickly.
Can I have a fizzy tap water with a slice of lemmon please TP
That's fantastic news, Pete. Diabetes is an absolutely diabolical disease that many people don't fully appreciate until it hits close to home. You're a strong man to do all that and I am so happy that things have turned around for you. All you need to do now is stop associating with certain green-trainered types and you'll really be on the road to recovery!

Not just a fat bastards disease and unless you have a fasting blood test, you would never know -{ to be honest I didn't care until I ended up in hospital with pancreatitis that and the amount of medication I was on sort of kicked me in to touch )
im sorry to hear that agent chrisisall ,but im sure if he is any thing like his dad ,he will be strong enough and brave enough to beat it ,and we all wish him well ,on a slightly different direction ,as you are based in the USA, does his medication get paid for out of medi-care ,as over here in Blighty it would all be covered by the National Health service .
