Quite right, TB2, my apologies. And I've amended that in https://www.ajb007.co.uk/post/806786/#p806786 as well.

In case you spot someone who could be a health and safety inspector, throw the toe toe out the window....
    Or to Holly.

My father and I have been harvesting a little bit today. The "field" is not large seen from above, but it's slanting about 45%. Before you ask - it's not my toe. I've counted them. Besides, for the first time in many centuries scythes weren't used, just motorized equipment.

oh yes, it was over 6 kilos I believe...without ammunition...it's probably the best assault rifle I ever owned, handling it was easy even while shooting...I miss it !

And of course it was a Swiss quality product!

Not long ago we were having a nice conversation about cut-off fingers and extreme toe-nail manicure, and these horrible people had to make the thread go dark by talking about guns. They should be ashamed of themselves...... :v

Yeah I like the hot weather, like 33 celsius again today, at 42 I still can go topless and impress which is one of the few things I'm really proud of...it's hard work though!

We have the second hottest June in Swiss history and chances are good it will exceed June 2003.
They predict the hottest summer ever, again exceeding summer 2003. If that happens I won't be very happy though as I serve the whole summer except for two weeks off in July....

and I have to wear army trousers and the KS90 (boots) day in day out....

    full.jpg

but then I can be in the sports hall where it's cool and do stunts :P

I'll have a double Macallan please.
More in line with your interests Barbel, I'm watching Radiohead at Glastonbury ( on TV) glad to see they are mixing up their set with old and new songs, also spotted ed o'brien playing a Clapton signature series stratocaster.... Lovely guitar, I had one once..... Before the ex wife sold it X-(
    Make that a triple Macallan!

    My brother was responsible for solving the overheating issues of the early L85 at RSAF....he got £240. The maximum amount the MOD were permitted for services rendered! :( Mind you the EM2 was a heavier better bit of kit -{

I am actually quite amazed how much interest there is on weaponry and weaponry in Bond films especially and even the army on this forum.
Makes me happy really. Not that I would define myself only over the army, even if it may look that way just now...I'm serving currently after all :)

    so have a drink on the house on me.... -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ -{ tracer rounds for all

How does that differ from when its raining?!
I did debate wearing my kilt, but I need to loose some weight.
    Oh I nearly forgot...

(TB2 puts up a new sign alongside the 'No Furniture jokes.'
This one says 'No Severed Limbs. Patrons leave with the digits they arrived with.')

    Thats better.

Barbel! - Thank you for thy reference in ones honourable prose.
