My main goal are upper arms (Biceps, Triceps) and complete shoulders. I want to build muscle mass, gain mass, getting more bulky in that areas.
I train Chest and Biceps on Day 1, Triceps and Shoulders on Day 2, 30 minutes Ergometer Day 3
Same routine Day 4 to 6, Day 7 (Sunday) is rest day. I do abs workout every day except Sunday.
After two weeks I will change the routine, possibly 45 minutes Ergometer and swap the exercises, do different ones for my arms and shoulders.
At the same time I almost only drink water, a lot of water. I still drink coffee in the morning, one cup, no sugar though but with milk.
I eat fruits in the morning and for lunch, cottage cheese throughout the day (450 g). I eat meat about three times a week. About twice a week, salad with french sauce. Vegetables four to five times a week, steamed. Various fish, shrimps, three times a week.
It's a mix of low carb, low fat, low sugar, very high protein diet.
So far it's going well. I never lack discipline and will do all the exercises every day. Eating during the day up to late afternoon no problem. The evening is my weak spot. I'm eating air dried meat 120g when I feel the urge to eat during watching TV. That contains proteins and almost nothing else.

Unfortunately, our cellar is rather poorly stocked with clarets.
Sémillon is one of the compoments for making a white claret (or white bordeaux) .
...and I've smelt that aftershave befoah and both times I've smelled a rat.
Double whisky for me, some schnapps for Higgins, a cold beer for Chriscoop who's buying, something non-alcoholic for Joshua, and six Vespers for Sir Miles please landlord.
I'll have a Macallan chaser with that beer. Oh and some dry roasted nuts! Cheers Barbel, Sir M, Joshua and I suppose Someone best get Higgins some wheat beer or something!
