Sadly the Only Bond for me that never gets off the bottom of the pile
Is NSNA. It has some good points sure. Connery, Casey, and Edward Fox
Are some great casting. Oddy I don't find the women in it all that attractive
and the music is total crap !!! It has no drive behind it, and the ending is
Really boring, Sorry to those who like it but " it's not my bag. Baby" :#

Agreed. I did read somewhere though that had Sean Connery turned it down the producers were going to approach George Lazenby.

I've never heard that one before, and it's sort of hard to believe given the fact that Connery had been collaborating with Jack McClory for a while in connection with re-making Thunderball. Still, stranger things have happened.

At the time that NSNA was done, Lazenby was in a financial position, that he's do everything to raise cash.

I remember that he's been hired by the German James Bond Club for 2 days and that there have been major problems because the club did not enjoy the multi $1000 telephone bill in Lazenby's room.
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.

Im with you on that one, Connery was on board from the beginning, and wasn't Dalton touted for the later one :D

Personally I liked NSNA and to have 2 Bond films in one year was a Bond fans dream :D
