Idk if I'm the only one that does this, but sometime I'll just put in a bond movie and go to the scenes I like. I always tend to do it for the Connery films because IMO they have the best scenes in the series.
I'm still thinking of my top 10, but once I have it I'll post it )

Dr. No: "That's a Smith & Wesson. And you've had your six."
From Russia With Love: Gotta be the train fight between Bond and Red Grant. Still some of the best raw physical combat ever displayed in a Bond film, as well as one which spawned countless imitations in subsequent movies like Diamonds Are Forever and GoldenEye.
Goldfinger: Raid on Fort Knox, including the fight between Bond and Oddjob, has to be one of my personal favourite moments from the Sean Connery era. Absolutely love the sound editing and set design. -{
You Only Live Twice: Bond being pursued by thugs while investigating the Japanese shipyard. Best moment is when the score swells to a crescendo, the camera pulls back, and we see Bond running for his life while taking on various opponents.
On Her Majesty's Secret Service: Pre-title scene, with Bond fighting gangsters on a beach shortly after rescuing Tracy. Excellent stunt choreography and editing. Also love the sequence of events which has Bond making his escape from Piz Gloria, leading up to the famous ski chase. Bobsled chase scene is also fantastic.
Live And Let Die: After making his grand entrance via glider, Bond plays it smooth in seducing Solitaire with her tarot deck... before revealing that he played a devilish trick. On a controversial note, I also love the airplane chase scene, which makes me laugh harder than any other Bond film. But for me, the best scene in Live And Let Die would be Bond's interrogation at the hands of Kananga/Mr. Big, where Yaphet Kotto really shines.
The Man With The Golden Gun: Entire pre-title sequence, which has Scaramanga luring an ill-fated gangster through his fun-house.
The Spy Who Loved Me: Bond skis off a precipice and deploys his Union Jack parachute, which is probably still the greatest stunt ever performed in a Bond film. Absolutely love the scene with Bond fighting Jaws on the train, which provides an excellent balance of terror and humour. Last but not least would be the Lotus Esprit converging into a submarine. So many great moments!
For Your Eyes Only: Minus the return of Blofeld, I enjoy watching the pre-title sequence, as the mere notion of Bond clinging for his life to a remote-controlled helicopter is too thrilling a concept to completely ignore. Also enjoy the scene where Bond and Columbo orchestrate a raid on Kristatos' shipping port, eventually leading to Bond kicking Locque, trapped in his car, over a cliff.
Octopussy: Has one of the best pre-title sequences hands down, with Bond piloting the Acrostar jet through a Cuban airbase. But my favourite moment would be during the climax, where Bond slides down an elaborate staircase railing with an AK-47. Pure badass.
A View to a Kill: Bond fighting Zorin on the Golden Gate Bridge. Feels like something out of Hitchcock!
The Living Daylights: Training exercise on Gibraltar, which has Bond defeating a deadly assassin. Awesome score, and one of the best possible introductions for a new 007.
GoldenEye: Another great introduction for a new James Bond, this pre-title sequence gets a little carried away once Bond goes after the falling airplane, but everything leading up to it is a blast. GoldenEye also has one of the best climaxes of all time, with Bond and Trevelyan facing off on a massive satellite dish.
Tomorrow Never Dies: Bond being chased through the parking lot. His expression while operating the remote control is priceless. Fantastic score, too!
Casino Royale: Bond chasing Mollaka through a Madagascar construction site. Simply jaw-dropping. Also loved the Miami airport scene, with Bond going after an incognito bomber, and the torture scene was handled brilliantly.
Whew! That's more than ten scenes I listed.
1) The Spy Who Loved Me 2) On Her Majesty's Secret Service 3) GoldenEye 4) Casino Royale 5) Goldfinger
FRWL.- Train fight.
GF.- "Do you expect me to talk" "No Mr.Bond I expect you to die"
MR.- PTS.
FYEO.-Coral reef scene.
AVTAK.- Eiffel Tower scene.
TLD.- PTS
TWINE.- Torture scene.
CR.- Bond poisoned in Poker game.
SF.- PTS
FRWL- Train fight
GF- Laser scene
YOLT- Attack on the volcano lair
LALD- The unmasking of Mr Big. (Love Roger's delivery of his lines in this scene and facial expressions)
MR- Freefall without a parachute
FYEO- Showdown with Apostis
TWINE-Bilbao scene
TSWLM- Ski jump in PTS
AVTAK- Zorin explaining his plan to frame Bond and Stacey for the murder of Mr Howe( "It's rather neat, don'tcha think?")
" I don't listen to hip hop!"
One of my favourites. I like the idea of Bond in a helicopter whizzing around Beckton gasworks. But not enough for my list.
1, TLD Bond versus Necros.
The audience is intent on seeing Bond with Necros and then the plane starts to slide. As Bond and Necros tip out the plane the entire cinematic audience gasps. As the plane tips and the baggage start to disintegrate the audience is caught up in the action.
2. FRWL Bond versus Grant.
Superbly scripted this is the end for Bond. Held at gunpoint and about to die. he's searching for the right words. Bond with the garrotte around his neck is the closest he's come to death.
3. CR Bond versus Le Chiffre
Bond is tied naked to a chair. He is of course goaded by Le Chiffre. Instead of buckling under the strain he turns the words on Le Chiffre. Also when he swings the rope....eeeurgh...you can see the audience wince
4. OHMSS Tracy Bond versus Gunther
The attack starts on Piz Gloria. Tracy picks up her nearby bottles and moves to take out Gunther. There follows a fight where she nearly loses
5. Goldfinger - GF addresses his hoods
"Every field of human endeavour...except crime" Given a good script he plays the hoods beautifully. He holds them in the palm of his hand.
6. For Your Eyes Only - The keelhauling
Such a simple idea - tow them behind a boat until they drown or the sharks have them. Taken from the novel LALD. This is shot well. Plus I love the way that hood falls in the water and the sharks bite his...
7. The Spy Who Loved Me - Battle aboard the Liparus
The start of the battle is best when that Hamlisch music starts up. Back to 1977. But the whole battle is good. The moment where they struggle to get aboard the submarines still gets me
8. Skyfall - the Hearing
Summoned to appear before the hearing M and Tanner attend. Put on the spot she recites Tennyson and why she does the job she does while Bond tears down Whitehall after her
9. Casino Royale - The Poisoning
Valenka inserts poison into his glass. Bond drinks it, throws up in the toilets, and teeters down the road. He gets to the Aston and endevours to put a stop while those in London watch with baited breath. Thank god for Vesper.
10. TLD - Bond versus Pushkin
In the Moroccan hotel room. Bond lies in ambush for Pushkin. Its just him a the Walther. In a guise of summoning up courage to kill him.Bond at his most ruthless.
Very interesting choices, superbly described. -{
Guilty pleasure scene would be the duel between Graves and Bond on DAD haha
15. May Day and the bomb AVTAK. Quite a short scene but a really cool one with Grace Jones coming out of the mine with the bomb, laughing in the face of death with the shots of Zorin in the blimp putting his hands on his head as his plans go up in smoke.
14. Introduction to Baron Samedi LALD. Just here because it cracks me up every time. Seriously makes you wonder whether someone has spiked your drink. Basically two minutes of one of the weirdest henchmen ever dancing round making random noises with the brief interlude of that little contortionist guy.
13. Ski jump FYEO. A great stunt with a really tense build up of Locque and Charles Dance trapping Bond. Bill Conti got the score bang on here as well.
12. Auction Scene OP. Funny little scene in which Bond causes havoc. The pained expressions of Jim Fanning and Kamal Kahn and the gasps of the crowd are just hilarious as Bond teases them.
11. Breakout TSWLM. Just the scale of everything is incredible and the way the problem of how to get into the control room is dealt with really cleverly as well.
10. Tosca Opera QOS. Easily one of the best things about this film. A really great place to have a Quantum meeting, really harking back to the Spectre days. The way the music continues throughout the whole scene makes the whole thing feel very atmospheric.
9. Caviar Rig TWINE. When you saw those buzz saws chopping the trees earlier in the film you knew they would make an appearance later on in a scene like this and it doesn't disappoint. Some smart humour, clever and original action, good scoring and Robbie Coltrane.
8. New Orleans Jazz Funeral LALD. Totally unexpected but very clever and original. Also works well using it again in the middle but without showing the ending, implying poor Strutter goes the same way as his colleague.
7. Pyramids scene TSWLM. Great way to introduce Jaws, Anya and Bond to each other. The way Jaws appears then disappears again is really cool as in the funky Marvin Hamlisch score. Also really effective way of showing Jaws's skills as a Henchman.
6. Volcano battle YOLT. Again like the TSWLM copy, a really impressive grand scene but cooler of course because it involves ninja's. There's just so much going on you don't know what to watch plus a great fight scene at the end and the added drama when Blofeld blows up the lair.
5. Crematorium DAF. Really campy fun scene where everything is not as it seems. The coffin scene is probably the situation where Bond is in most peril in the whole series, ramping up the tension with the escalating music as he tries to get out. Followed by Connery reacting so cooly to the whole situation after with a really killer response.
4. Bond meets Dr No. After a long wait Bond and his adversary finally come together and not only is it a really excellent scene of the two great minds trying to outwit each other it also explains neatly the film up to this point.
3. Pushkin/Bond. Here we see another side to Bond, no gags but a really serious determined agent weighing up the options.
2. Escape from Piz Gloria. Absolute brilliant cinema. Starts with the booming tune of the John Barry orchestra theme before going to the gentle sound of a childrens choir. Great ski chase with Blofeld getting in on the action, brilliant stunt of the ski drop then the really beautiful scene of Bond and Tracy meeting. Then we get a really cool car chase taking in a stock car race.
1. Bond meeting Pussy Galore. Iconic moment, great setting and great script introducing us to a classic Bond girl in such as way that we know she is not going to be the damsel in distress the first two films gave us. Really witty dialogue and the way both actors deliver their lines is masterful. Fun scene later as well with Bond taunting Mai Lai.
Goldfinger - 'You expect me to talk?'
Goldfinger - Golf game
FRWL - Pre-title sequence
FRWL - Orient Express Fight
Dr. No - Introducing Sir Sean as 'Bond, James Bond'
Casino Royale - Earning double 0-status
TLD - Pre-title sequence
Goldeneye - Pre-title sequence
Goldeneye - tank chase

+1 -{ A great list indeed!
1) The Spy Who Loved Me 2) On Her Majesty's Secret Service 3) GoldenEye 4) Casino Royale 5) Goldfinger
SF-Bond and Silva have the shooting match, another scene that reeked of Fleming and was a welcome return of a Bond villain toying with Bond in a sick way that hasn't been seen in awhile.
TND-Bond swings across the stealth ship then looks abosutely pissed as he guns down 2 of Carver's men in a terminator-esque fashion, Brosnan looks so pissed and Arnold's techno-induced Bond theme rendition that slams as we see Bond right himself is just pure badass.
TWINE-the whole Bilbao scene, I think for me this is the pinnacle of PB's Bond performance. hes suave, smooth, quick, and deadly with a hint of humor.
GE-the sauna fight with Xenia, because its such a sexy scene that Both Pierce and Famke sold so well.
QOS-Bond drops Vesper's necklace in the snow and moves on, was potent scene for me because Bond was finally letting go of someone he loved but lost.
I know that's only 6 but that's the first ones that popped into mind.
1. DN - Introducing Bond at the casino. Iconic.
2. FRWL - Train fight with Grant. Rarely has their been a better fight with two very dangerous men slugging it out with no quarter asked or given.
3. GF - PTS from the sheer cool of Bond taking off his diving suit to show the white tux, to the fight with Capungo, finished with the immortal 'shocking positively shocking'. No a days all action hero's use throwaway one-liners, but this was one of the originals and shows what a badass Bond is.
4. TB - Kiss Kiss Club. When Bond moves Fiona to be shot and then puts her in the chair with the great line 'my friends just dead'. Connery's Bond was a ruthless SOB.
5. OHMSS - PTS. Great introduction for a new Bond and one of the best choreographed fights with great cinematographery.
6. TMWTGG - The meeting with Lazar, 'speak now or forever hold your piece'. Great moment in another wise lacklustre movie.
7. TSWLM - PTS. Skying off the mountainside is one of the greatest stunts ever filmed.
8. TLD - Fight with Necros hanging off the back of the plane.
9. GE - Fight with 006.
10. CR - Entire Madagascar scene.
So in no particular order .......

I absolutely agree with you about the Bilbao scene in TWINE. That's Brosnan's Bond at his finest -{
