Subtitles in Bond movies for foreign dialogue

Hey guys,
I'm wondering if you can help a fella out...
I'm wanting to know which Bond movies had subtitles for foreign dialogue in their theatrical release? (Or subsequent DVD/BluRay releases.)
Also, I'd like to know which Bond movies featured on-screen location indicators? Such as, "Colonel Tan-Sun Moon's HQ, De-militarised Zone, North Korea" in Die Another Day.
A bit of backstory:
I had the full (at the time) Bond collection on DVD, as well as the most recent ones on BluRay. Before moving out of my parents house - realising I couldn't take my movie collection with me - I ripped my 500+ DVDs/BluRays to an external HDD.
Foolishly I believed all forced subtitles (and location indicators) on the DVD versions of the Bond movies were burned in. Sadly, as I've just realised, that isn't the case. There must have been an external forced subtitle track. Unfortunately I didn't rip those with the movies. The BluRay releases (DAD to SF) are fine; I ripped the external forced subtitle tracks.
I don't live anywhere near my parents - nor do I even live in the same country as them - so I can't just pop home to get the DVDs and rip them again with the correct forced subtitle tracks.
Now all my Bond Movies from DN to TWINE have no subtitles for foreign dialogue or any location indicators - I must have OCD as this is really annoying me! And I'm in the middle (well, two movies in) of a Bond marathon, so it's even more frustrating. So, I'm wanting to know which Bond movies are supposed to have these or which Bond movies had these for their theatrical release? That way I can go out and buy the BluRay version of just the ones that need these subtitle tracks. I've already tried searching for subtitle tracks for just the non-english parts only but no joy.
I believe FRWL and YOLT didn't have any subtitles for foreign dialogue in their theatrical releases; so those two are OK.
If anyone knows this information, thanks in advance.

Barbel - Yes, I'm sure TDN and TWINE had onscreen location indicators - not sure about subtitles for foreign dialogue. QoS does as I ripped that one fine from my BluRay version. I'm lead to believe some versions of OP contain subtitles and others don't - a strange one.
GoldenEye85 - Whilst scouring the web, I've seen a few mentions of subtitles not appearing on certain DVD releases but yet doing so on others; OP and TLD have been mentioned frequently.
Anyone else have any more info? It'd be greatly appreciated.
