Personal Fan made Casino Royale Comic

(I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post something like this, if not, I hope this can be put in the appropriate one.)
A couple of weeks ago I decided to make my own fan based comic of the very first James Bond novel Casino Royale. It was a completely random idea, that slowly became reality. I decided to make some designs of what the characters would look like, and I drew the first nine pages over a couple of weeks. I decided not to base my characters on their looks in the movies, but use my own inmagination. Bond for instance is actually based on my own appearance. Hey, it's my fantasy right? I also tried to avoid to get inspired by the excisting comic of the novell.
Now, these were all hand drawn and colored using special markers. I printed the comic's and texts out first, and then the rest is done by hand. Originally these are all done in Dutch, However, for the porpuse of this forum I decided to translate them all to English using my computer. Unfortunatly, my scanner didn't make these look to good. So I took pictures of the drawings and translated the textboxes to English. The rest is untouched as is.
If you're curious, here's a picture of me, I tried to loosely base my Bond on myself:
I am still yet to design the front page. So I'll just dive right into the first page here:

Sorry for the bad quality. It's a shame I couldn't properly scan these and show you quite how they look in real life. I did my best translating these just now. There might be some grammar mistakes I didn't notice yet. I could always re-edit those. If you guys like these I could always edit this OP with more pages

Yes Barbel (and welshboy78) Jean Reno is correct. I always thought he would have made a great Mathis!
It takes some time to do more, especially since the private life is pretty busy at the moment. But I will defenitely continue doing this!

Haha you're right! - I didn't want it to be to much but at the same time I did want the comic to be kind of mature. Especially because my drawing style in it's own way is quite cartoony. (Big eyes, heads way to big, bright colors etc) So I tried to mature it up a bit by having people smoking, showing some subtle stuff like that etc. etc)

Besides Casino Royale you mean? Well, it started out as an absolute random idea, and just simply started on Casino. But, now that I've shared it here and made it a bit more serious, I would defenitely like to make a comic on some of the others as well. There's a lot of idea's in my head on what the characters of the other novels would look like. It's just a hobby of course, but who knows, I might get around to doing more eventually!
And a great one at that! I would defenitely consider that one as well. Or maybe a combination of both. (Kind of what they did with the movies for instance)
