I think Sam Heughan is a very good Bond canidate. I've thought so for years.
He's a good actor, he is tall and fit and he has the right look. Heughan's Natural hair is dark. Ideally he should be younger, but it could work relly well.
I don't really think the last Craig films suffer from a lack of gender equality. Swann, Severine, Camille, and Vesper weren't those Goodhead or Plenty O'Toole type of girls. It's fine as it is right now I think.

But I did not appreciated the fall back of Spectre... I had the feeling that the serie was going to the good direction but, even if we are far from the 70/80s object women, I felt that (end Skyfall) Spectre was slightly going back to it...
