The pose reminds me of the one from Lazenby, so maybe that might be a clue.

I know them but missed out no them. I think they are from the mid 90's.

The tagline "He is used to getting what he wants" was used for one of the American Television trailers for Licence To Kill. So that would make this glass from 1989.

The silhouette man pose is a registered trademark of Eon Productions and James Bond from 1989 onwards around the time that LTK was released as others have said. Alternatively I'd guess that it could be from the early 90s as well.
"The tough man of the world. The Secret Agent. The man who was only a silhouette." - Ian Fleming, Moonraker (1955).

I don't think that these hold any higher value
Generic merchandise made in the thousands or more and are not screen-seen

These came in sets of six in various styles/sizes packed in a corrugated plastic carrying case.

Yours is the highball, which I also own. There is also a set of standard tumblers (which I had and shouldn't have sold!).

Made in Belgium, marked "MTV Product," with an EON copyright of 1989.

There is currently an incomplete set of footed cups on eBay:

This one is marked Martini which mine is not so they were possibly customized to various distillers. The carrying case is a generic piece which notes on the underside is suitable for CDs, etc.

Higgins is correct in that they aren't terribly valuable; the eBay set has been on there for months @ USD $95; granted, it's missing one glass but even complete that's probably a little high.

I'll try to post a pic of my set later.
