Sony hack next bond.

I've just seen an article involving the sony hack. The hackers are supposed to have leaked information stating that Sony want idris Elba as the next bond. Now the source may not be 100 percent legitimate. So I'm not taking it as gospel just wondered what're peoples thoughts on this?

Sony has no say in this matter and by the time Craig hangs up the tux Elba will be 45 at least. Way too old to start playing Bond.

The article I read refers to a leaked e-mail dated 4th January 2014. Sony executive Amy Pascal states that Idris Elba should be the next actor to play James Bond. She appears to have high regard for Elba, but I doubt she has had much (if any) influence over Babs & Mickey in that regard. Pascal will likely be out of a job soon anyway.
