Carry on Spying and YOLT

I just saw Carry on Spying, and wondered if any aspects of its villain’s HQ (such as the army of male and female henchmen armed with machineguns, the underground railway network, and the CCTV consoles in the control room) influenced some aspects of the HQ in YOLT. Similar aspects (apart from the female henchmen) don’t appear in the Bond films till YOLT. The shooting dates for Carry on Spying were 8 February 1964 till 13 March 1964. What do you think?
