FYI...I ordered a pair off of eBay from Sole Eyewear as they guaranteed their items. I got them for $178. They came extremely fast and appear to be genuine. They were packaged up in the Tom Ford case with all the Tom Ford paperwork. There was no indication as to the bridge size, but the ones I got are indeed size 21. I have no idea how many they have it just says limited quantity available. Hope this helps.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Not sure how the recent ones are, but checking my invoice I purchased it from "Gaffos" through amazon for $199.99. After going through some online reviews I do believe the one's I purchased are real. I can search for the box and paperwork somewhere, but it's been a while and I'm not too sure I still have it all. I recall it coming with everything shown, but if the reviews are saying these are fake you may be safer steering clear. Apologies for posting a dubious link.

I really think they missed the mark by putting Craig in these - why not Persol or just stick with an aviator style? These look like ladies sunglasses! ) Even at $160.00 they still seem overpriced - TF has to be kidding at $400! They have those spring hinges which makes me think of the glasses on the rack at the drugstore! They have a really cheap handle to them unlike some of his other frames.

It's mostly because English tailors can't fulfill the production demands of the Bond films (though it seems Martin Nicholls or Timothy Everest may be capable now) and because the cost would be a couple hundred thousand pounds. At least Tom Ford's suits are very much inspired by English tailoring (except for the O'Connor cut designed by Jany Temime), more so than Brioni, which was too boxy to pass as a British even though their style is rooted in British military tailoring. That can't be said at all for the hideous Italian designer suits Timothy Dalton wore in LTK.
This is the thing that worries me about Amazon and the "Fulfilled by Amazon" thing -
I read an article on this topic not too long ago that said that what happens is Merchant A and Merchant B send their goods to Amazon and all the stock is put together. So if you order from Merchant B, and it is "Fulfilled by Amazon," Amazon simply takes the first pair of sunglasses in line, not necessarily the one they specifically got from Merchant B. To put another way - if Merchant A and Merchant B both send Amazon 50 pairs of sunglasses, and Merchant A's are fake, you have a 50% chance you will get a fake one no matter which Merchant you order from.
Of course Amazon's customer service is great, and returning is easy, so at the end of the day you just have to do your due diligence once you get the product. I've ordered many Bond related things from them and believe them all to be genuine.
Sometimes due diligence and unswerving believe in what you have found pays off....!

It has however recently been confirmed that British Actor Daniel Craig wore the Mulberry Men’s Day Gloves in Black Deerskin in the new James Bond Movie ‘Spectre’, to be released on 6th November 2015.
These gloves can be found at the link below, and we have attached a picture here of the gloves being worn, which we hope will be of interest.

They didn't start having Bond doing intense action scenes in suits until GoldenEye. The action also became much more intense for GoldenEye as well. You'd have fights in suits before that, but that was about it. And in Diamonds Are Forever when Bond fights Bambi & Thumper, and ruins his clothes in the pool, his jacket is removed so they don't have to make very many, if any, extras. Making multiples of trousers is considerably easier than jackets.
Good work! Just looking at other pictures, do we have anything on the Rome driving gloves? Leather with button detail, but different to mulberry driving ones I think.
