I like the style, though the fit could use some work! It's certainly not Bond style to wear brown suede shoes with a city suit, as well as a flashier pocket handkerchief, but the combination is stylish.

When I saw the shoes I first cringed but I do know that brown with navy is becoming a thing now with style. I think is more Craig's personal style than what Bond will wear in the movie. However I will expect a double breasted suit in the movie.
The tie also looks to have the "color of the year" as the stripe - Marsala

It fits closely around his neck, so it's not too big. The points aren't too long either, if that's what you mean, but it is a point collar rather than Bond's usual spread and semi-spread collars. Craig looks better in wider collars. This one is a bit too American-looking. Short collar points would make his head look too big, and short points are also really ugly. We don't need more shirts like the ones in Licence to Kill.

I hope we see a double-breasted suit, but I doubt we will. The Duke of Windsor was known to wear brown suede shoes with his chalkstripe suits (probably a reason why Bond never has), and brown shoes with navy suits has long been popular in American and the Continent, just never done in England.

Peaked lapels are also known as double-breasted lapels, and they are necessary on double-breasted suits (with the option of a shawl collar on double-breasted dinner jackets). Bond has worn peaked lapels on all of his double-breasted suits and blazers, with the exception of a notched-lapelled travesty in Moonraker. He also wears peaked lapels on the grey linen suit in Casino Royale.
To me the shoes look more like brown suede 2/3 eyelet derbys, akin to what Sean Connery wore in a few films.

Now that you post the enlarged photo, it is certainly not the Tetbury or Chiltern. It's a derby shoe, perhaps even with a cap toe. It resembles the Norwich, and it may be a custom order in suede.
The blue shirt works well for Craig, although I'm not a fan of the collar. The trousers are way too slim. It looks ridiculous, like they were painted on his calves. As an American, I'm okay with the brown suede shoes, but I think it's a little casual. The fact that the leg opening of the trousers doesn't come close to covering the laces is laughable. It's like the trousers are tucked into the shoes.
