In my most humble of opinions, the above workout is extremely poor. I don't know of anyone who would train the 3 largest muscle groups (legs, back & chest) in one workout - unless it was as part of an ongoing circuit routine to be undertaken every other day.
Please don't go believing that this is what DC did. If you to put on lean muscle, concentrate upon workouts with larger compound movements (squats, lunges, deadlifts, bench press, dips, pull ups, military press etc), possibly organised in to something like:
Chest & biceps / Legs / Back & triceps / Shoulders & abs
Also the information regarding no carbs after 5pm is utter nonsense. Carbs are not the enemy ... excess calories are!! Plenty of lean proteins & vegetables, oils / fats & try to work your carbs around your training.

Basically in Casino Royale, you see him with really huge massive shoulder muscles. By Quantum of Solace, he is still ripped but not nearly as - they went for a slightly more leaner body to compensate for him having to have more running, jumping, climbing (cardio scenes).
Skyfall was immediately after Daniel finished Cowboys and Aliens (which he had to drop a lot of weight for because they wanted a scrawney boney coyote-type look. after that he had to quickly get back to 180lbs of muscle for skyfall. )
None of these are exactly or necessarily what his training regiment, but what the experts say would require to get his results.
I'd honestly suggest researching & finding yourselves a good PT who knows his onions & tell him what you're hoping to achieve.
This...100% this.
Sports and lifting injuries can happen in a second but last a lifetime, don't risk it by doing something you "read about off of the internet".
Correct form and safety are the most important things in your workout, not how much you can bench. Even the biggest guys in the gym would tell you this.
75% of how you look is down to diet anyway. Make sure your diet is correct and with a good basic workout that targets all groups, much of the rest takes care of itself -{
DC does look buff in the Bond films, but you have to remember that it is on a small frame. He is not a big guy naturally, but he does have a good frame for adding lean mass. Stick him next to a real "bodybuilder" and he would look comparatively small.
He actually even did more cardio for QoS, because he felt that the bulk held him back a bit in the action scenes in CR and he couldn't move with the agility he wanted.
DC is naturally a lean, wirey guy with a narrow waist and broad shoulders so he probably doesn't have a hard time adding lean muscle mass with definition and of course the camera adds mass along with good lighting and make-up (yes they use body make-up in films...some actors who are not quite as "ripped" as DC have been given six packs, ect). Guys with more body fat are going to have a more difficult time adding lean muscle mass as opposed to just bulk.

Yup, Tore my rotator cuff bench pressing, great advice
Since spending a few days in the hospital after having a "Mini-Stroke" a year ago I cleaned up my diet and started to exercise regularly.
Back in my younger days I was a big workout guy and dabbled in boxing. Long story short, I've dropped 20 lbs and the blood pressure is spot-on and I feel so much better overall. The trick is, for us normal older guys (I'm 57) is to be realistic with our work out plans. In the past when I attempted to start working out again, I would get frustrated and quit because I was using the standards I set as a 20 something early 30's. These days it's eat right, 6 rounds on the heavy bag 3xweek for cardio; and push-ups, relatively light kettlebells and some moderate ab work the other 3 days. Hitting the bag is something I actually enjoy (gets out the frustration too) the rest I consider my "medicine" to stay healthy.
I used to use the Simon Waterson workout but for the last year I have switched entirely to the P90X3 system...I found that my range of motion, flexibility, speed, and overall fitness improved greatly...and for the first time in my life I am working the legs. Huge differences.
And at 35 minutes a day it allows me to do it 7 days a week with no travel to a club!

That sounds like a good one...the fact that you have a program that fits your schedule is very important. It's not that hard to get in some sort of decent shape but hard to maintain it. I work out at home too. Got my son's heavy bag and a few kettlebells down in the basement. Sometimes I do miss going to a gym but being able to work out at home is really convenient and a great time saver.
Four Hour Body. As said before, don't underestimate diet. It takes discipline but is most of the battle.
Diet is very important but so is the exercise you do - it's a combination of diet, exercise and rest - mostly with a shed load of discipline too......There's no 'one size fits all' routine because we are all different in how we will respond to training, where we're starting from and so on.
There really are no miracles or quick fixes (beware the 'drop 30lbs in 30 days' promises) dedication and effort are required but it's achievable.

That makes more since losing weight than gaining muscle, and also is dependent on one's body type and metabolism. some don't even have to worry about diet at all
Instead of his physique or weight-lifting regarding his injuries during the shooting of Spectre, he has already injured three times since last Dec till now. It would be difficult for him to do Bond 25 because once you crossed 40 injuries happens quite frequently and take long time!
Its been a strange couple of months for me as the other half has been coming to the gym with me!
With a holiday pending I've reduced doing weight work a fair bit and been concentrating on cardio etc running 5Ks each session - so far the flab has been melting off quite successfully!
Diet has been 70% good except falling off the wagon on weekends which was something I allowed for to keep some sanity instead of everything collapsing!!
Instead of beer (which I no longer crave) I have a few whiskeys here and there and feel a lot better for it!

DC's being paid millions to make the Bond films. Except for having his knee "scoped" (which is a relatively minor procedure these days...and he returned in 2 weeks) the injuries have been minor. Guys his age who still play sports just for the enjoyment suffer the same type of bumps, bruises and knee issues as DC has making millions. IMO the "injuries" will not keep him from doing Bond 25. Hell, Harrison Ford who is 70 plus, came back from a fractured leg to finish work on the new "Star Wars".
