Re-Writing: A View to a Kill

Just as I took a break from 007, an idea came to me. I decided to rewrite "A View to a Kill" - one of the least acclaimed movies of the series. This re-write has a 57-year old Roger Moore in mind, with a For Your Eyes Only tinge. It is also much closer to Fleming's material, a little bit dark, but it also has some gags in it. Well balanced all around. I feel like if they went this route, it would've been a hit.
I'm really proud of what I wrote here, if that counts for anything.
Looking for critiques of any plot holes or anything I'm missing, or anything that could be revised.
Pre-Title Sequence
Gun barrel sequence.
A motorcycle chase to the tune of Foghat’s “Slow Ride”, Bond is vengefully pursued by an organized biker gang whose president was killed by Bond. Bond and his bike fall off a cliff. They oafishly assume he’s dead, and they ride off to get drinks to celebrate.
Bond, scuffed and mildly injured, a bit disoriented collecting his senses, has a flash of memories. Quick flashbacks of him sleeping with girls, killing the lead biker (Creep Viper) fellow double-0 agents being brutally killed, heavily drinking and then being driven off a cliff by the biker gang. He holds a microchip in his hand and mutters with a burdened smile, “A view to a kill… For England…”.
This scene would be about 10 minutes long in total.
Then the “A View to a Kill” theme song by Duran Duran plays, with a credits backdrop of women-silhouettes and silhouettes of motorcycles.
M’s Assignment
3 days later, Bond is summoned by M. M chastises Bond for doing the mission so sloppily and nearly risking his life but commends him for securing the microchip. M said that he thought it was a Soviet microchip, but Q and his scientists confirmed it came from Zorin industries.
M tells Bond he’s far too old for the mission and he’s practically falling apart. 45 is when most 00-agents retire, but Bond is not most 00-agents. They’ve been keeping him around but the time to retire is soon. Bond convinces M to let him pursue this mission for the sake of the two 00-agents who were brutally killed. M said the war against communism has brutally expanded, the other 00’s are deployed elsewhere and they’re tight on resources. So, Bond is approved for the mission.
Investigation
Bond goes to Ascot to follow Zorin’s trail. He follows a few leads and eventually schedules an appointment with Zorin to buy a horse. He notices that Zorin pays off a mysterious woman. He sneakily swipes the key to Zorin’s manor while inside. When Zorin is gone, Bond sneaks past the guards, strangles one silently by surprise and takes crucial documents from Zorin’s offices.
Bond and the CIA talk. They tell him Zorin is an ex-KGB and now does medical experiments with steroids from Nazi scientists. Meanwhile, there’s a scene of Max Zorin executing unfaithful investors by having them fall out the blimp.
Bond pays Stacey Sutton, an intelligent experienced geologist in her 40’s, a visit. Bond and Sutton visit SF City Hall to investigate. Zorin arrives, kills the Chief Geologist, frames the murder on Bond and burns the building. Bond saves Sutton.
Bond and Sutton escape the police via firetruck. As the firetruck is about to smoke out, Bond escapes, hot-wires a motorcycle on the street with a gadget, and the two drive off. Noticing the ruckus, the motorcycle gang catches up to them as well and chases them. Bond and Sutton escape as the bikers are comically dumbfounded.
The Abduction
Sutton figures out that Zorin plans to force an earthquake via bombs to flood silicon valley. They plans with Bond how they’ll infiltrate Zorin’s mine, until they’re both kidnapped by motorcycles. Bond is tied up in an underground house of the biker gang, unaware of where Sutton is. Then, “talking villain syndrome”, Bond uses his wits (not his physical strength) to escape.
Bond is then caught again by a dozen of bikers with loaded shotguns. The president of the club, Creep Viper (a notorious assassin), intervenes. Bond is shocked to see him still alive. It’s revealed that the gang wasn’t hunting Bond because Viper died, but because Zorin paid them lots of money to have the murder associated with a lowly biker gang rather than a corporation.
Bond and Creep Viper agree to a gun duel while riding motorcycles. With Bond victorious (and Viper definitively dead), the others leave him alone and pretend Viper never existed.
The Kill
Bond quickly makes it to Zorin’s mine and rescues Sutton as Zorin kills many of his own workers. The bikers turn on Zorin as well and assist Bond/Sutton in defusing their bombs. Zorin, runs to his private jet and flies off. Zorin’s last minute plan is to poison Silicon Valley with deadly gasses.
Bond catches up to his plane and then the golden gate bridge scene plays out mostly as it did in the movie. As they fight, Zorin accuses Bond of being a slow horse past his prime while he is genetically superior. As Zorin falls to his death in hysterical laughter after the fight, Bond quips "You bet on the wrong horse, Max".
Ending
M congratulates Bond's success but says "It's time.". Bond hands M his Walther PPK and says "I'm too old for this...". M thanks him for the many years of great service to England. As Bond leaves the building, British soldiers give him a 21 gun salute.
Stacey Sutton drives up in a red convertible sports car and Bond gets in. “So, James, what shall we do now”. “I have a few ideas” Bond says suggestively. They drive off to the summer sunset as the screen fades to black. The end.

But when I think of them, I will do more re-writers.
As for Creep Viper, I was originally planned a scene where they deliberately put Bond in a nest of snakes rather than killing him (in the fun series tradition). I might still add that in there if there's room.
