Many has speculated like you. Can Blofeld be Bellucci's character, or mr White (less likly now), Denbigh (Andrew Scott) or even Mallory (Ralph Fiennes)?
If someone knows, don't tell me!

Well, I don't know, but I think the trailer certainly seem to suggest him as the head of Spectre, if that character is actually going to be named Blofeld or just going to be Franz Oberhauser is a different question I guess. I think I could live with the head of Spectre not actually being called Blofeld, it would be nice of course. I can see them doing that at the very end of the movie or something.
As of now, I highly doubt any other character will be revealed to secretly be Blofeld, but anything is possible I guess. Chris Waltz just seems like the ultimate choice to be him too!

I wonder why they're keeping Oberhausers face in the dark in the trailer. Does or will Oberhauser have some sort of facial disfigurement or a very noticeable scar? Is it also possible that the face burnt out of the photo is Oberhauser Jr? Perhaps Franz burnt the photo himself because it showed his disfigurement and Franz was ashamed by his face in it.
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope
I sincerely hope Blofeld and Bond are brothers - I'm sure Eon have thought up some contrived nonsensical reason why they're related. It would be Eon's ultimate two fingers insult to Ian Fleming and incontrovertible proof how far the franchise has fallen. We've had to endure the disrespectful moving of the gun barrel, put at the end of the last two Bond flms, we've had Craig's first gun barrel set in a toilet , (yes, the backdrop to Craig firing the gun in Casino Royale was a toilet) we've had Craig's Bond ridicule the idea he loves vodka martinis so let's go the whole hog and have James and Ernst as brothers with lots of issues.
"I always hated you, James. You were better than me, but not now. I am the dominant brother."

The ruination of James Bond comes this October. But 99 percent of flm goers won't care. Heck, Eon could reveal Dench's M was actually Bond's mother and people wouldn't care!

To me, EON did nothing more than rescue the franchise since the reboot. If anything they made the character more closer to Fleming again compared to what he had become with Brosnan. The gunbarrel didnt bother me much, atleast it was never absent in an EON movie, and I'm willing to bet it will be at the start of the movie in spectre. I really got that feeling. (you can quote this post in november in case its true )
For what its worth I don't think Bond and Blofeld will be brothers. Definitely not by blood. But I do think they grew up together, giving them childhood history. The child-like version of the Bond theme in the trailer when the Spectre meeting shows up also seems to suggest this is what they're going for.

I know we all have different opinions, yours and the correct one. )
( only joking, guys)
For me, there was plenty of Fleming in CR, a great Fleming feel to QOS
and SF had elements of Fleming ( The shooting of the whiskey glass game)
So since the reboot we've had no double taking pigeons, bad puns or silly
" Bondola" type gadgets. which has to be a good thing.
What we have got is a complex, damaged, human Bond. Living by his skill
Experience and wits. Taking a beating and still winning through in the end.
A basic idea in all Fleming's books.
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."
"I wonder why they're keeping Oberhausers face in the dark in the trailer."
It's most likely just a nod to the fact that the head of SPECTRE's face wasn't even shown in the first several Bond movies. He's keeping "in the shadows." I doubt his face is disfigured in any way at the SPECTRE meeting shown.

because why it took so long to get out of forensics? My theory is that Andrew Scott's Character Dembigh works in forensics for Mi6, Mi5, but is a double agent for Spectre.
I don't think bond, even young bond would be moody enough to burn the face off as a kid. If he had a beef with the other kid, he would've just confronted him and kicked his ass.

I don't think anyone has deliberately burnt out the face on the photo. It was burnt in the all consuming Skyfall fire. The fact that it has burnt out the face is just part of the mystery.
This is like playing Cluedo! ) The way I see it is this;
The small boy in the photo is definitely Bond. You can see it. This is made clear to the viewer. It's Craig's face as a boy superimposed.
The man is Hans Oberhauser. You can see quite clearly see it is not Christoph Waltz.
The other person with the burned out face (burned out due to fire damage and to keep the viewer in suspense, nothing else) is Franz Oberhauser. Christoph Waltz is 11 years older than Daniel Craig so could easily be a big brother type, but not blood related.

I've looked at this quite a bit and I got the same impression you have. I think Bond's aunt either knew Oberhauser personally or professionally and trusted him enough through this association to send Bond off to live with him long enough to learn to ski (perhaps thinking he could become a professional skier) and also to learn German perhaps. Fleming's mother did the same with him when she sent him off to Austria, and the writers may be using this part of Fleming's background (which Fleming used in Bond's background in having the ski instructor story in his bio). I also think the other child is Franz and is probably another child Oberhauser had temporary guardianship (perhaps he did this with many orphaned children over the years). Something then could have happened between Bond and the Franz which resulted in Franz having a lifelong hatred of him. IMO I don't think EON is resurrecting Blofeld's character with this new incarnation of SPECTRE. For example, who's to say there has to be one leader?
Oberhauser could have replaced Blofeld, or going another direction, if Oberhauser is killed off in this film by Bond, it would not mean the end of SPECTRE, which they could use in a future film and then his replacement would be a new version of Blofeld.
I'm pretty sure EON has no intention in making Bond and Blofeld blood related. I fully trust the crew on Spectre are working on something amazing here that won't dissapoint (most of) the fans.
I found this authorized explanation of a temporary guardianship:
"Temporary guardianship is often resorted to by parents when they would be traveling away from home for a long period of time or if they are suffering from disability, medical condition that needs treatment abroad or when they are declared to be incompetent to take care of their children".
In which case, Bond's aunt may have done this because she had a physical problem or accident that would have forced her to do this, or perhaps she had to travel for sometime and it would have interfered in Bond's education to be gone that long.
Since Charmaine wasn't married and she likely figured James could use a good male influence, she sent him to live with what were probably family friends, the Oberhausers, for a short time.
If Charmaine was still in London, and the Oberhausers in Austria, it would be reasonable for her to give a temporary guardianship so that if there were any emergencies or problems, Hannes would legally be allowed to act as a decision maker and sign any forms or legal applications necessary. That would make him no blood or even legal relative to the Oberhausers, save for Hannes being his temporary guardian.

Okay... Some things about the picture that have come to my knowledge...
#1. Temporary Guardianship, keyword temporary, is usually doesn't follow the death of a parent, but is used to give your child permission to travel abroad and to assign a guardian to them for that meantime.
#2. The Age. The document lists Bonds age as 12 years old at the time of legal guardianship
#3. In Skyfall, Kincade says that he was "about 14" when he got word of his parents death and hid in the underground tunnel of Skyfall.
#4. If Kincade was accurate, then the 'Temporary Guardianship' is before Bond's parent's death by about 2 years.
#5. The adult (presumed to be Hanns Oberhauser), has his arm wrapped around Bond. From the books we know Hanns was a father figure to Bond.
#6. The adult does not have his arm wrapped around the other person with the burnt face.
#7. If Franz is the one with the burnt face, could there have been a jealousy, that his own father cherished Bond over him, at least for that temporary guardianship?
#8. This isn't a popular opinion, but i still think the person with the burnt face has a short enough build to actually be a young woman, possibly Monique Declaroix Bond.
#9. And I think the one in the middle is Bond's Dad Andrew Bond, which is why he has his hand around him.
#9. Bond's parents were killed in a mountain climbing accident, not a skiing accident (Contrary to what people have been saying on the chatboards), in the books.
#10. There are no skiis in the picture
#11. The Adult has a hiking pole (which has been confused as a skiing pole) - But there is only one, If they were skiing there would be two poles each person, plus skiis, so they are mountain climbing.)
#12. MY CONCLUSION: THIS PICTURE IS OF BOND WITH HIS TWO PARENTS MOUNTAIN CLIMBING (2 years before their death). THE BURNT FACE IS BOND'S MOTHER. THE PICTURE AND THE TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP DO NOT NECESSARILY HAVE TO HAPPEN AT THE EXACT SAME POINT IN TIME.
#13. AT MOST, FRANZ OBERHAUSER AND BOND WERE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS, WHO POTENTIALLY WENT TO SCHOOL TOGETHER AT ETON. MAYBE ON FALL BREAK, AUNT CHARMAIN SIGNS TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP OVER TO HANNES (FOR ABOUT A 2 WEEK TIME PERIOD, NOTHING MORE. BUT SPECTRE WAS ALWAYS IN THE BACKGROUND SOMEHOW, THAT I HAVENT FIGURED OUT)
#14. Bonus Speculation: In the novel Carte Blanche, there is a small speculation from Bond that his mother was actually a secret agent, and that their deaths might not have been an accident after all.
Sir MilesThe Wrong Side Of The WardrobePosts: 27,749Chief of Staff
Not a bad guess at all...but I think you are wrong about the photo...and they wouldn't necessarily tell Bond of his parents death straight away...possibly ?
