Most underrated Villain/Henchmen deaths?

Some underrated, but very good ones:
- Helga eaten by Phiranas - it's unique, considering most people are eating by sharks in water. Combined with a shocked Osato and Blofeld stroking his cat, it's a great scene.
- Whisperlocked in a...something - it's never confirmed, but I doubt he was let out of it alive. It's creative, and just goes past quickly.
- Assasin in PTS of TMWTGG - it's a nice little death, and shows us what Scaramanga's is like - he clearly has some fun in killing.
- Sandor thrown off a building - I've never seen many people talk about this one, but it's a great death scene.
- Kristatos stabbed - It's nice to see Bond not killing the villain.
- Orlov gunned down at the border - I don't know, I just really like this one.

Ari Kristatos was a major villain - surely Erich Kreigler is a henchperson here...or Locque
Dominic Greene dies in a desert, stranded after a brutal interrogation from Bond, with only a can of motor oil to drink whilst Quantum hunts him down.
And his henchman dies standing guard for his hero, who took advantage of his loyalty.

Fiona killing Count Lippe was spectacular but is probably not underrated. But what it did show me was I don't want to get a job working for SPECTRE if that's the way they treat their employees, (and there I was complaining that I only get a ten minute coffee break at work!)

Bond did not kill Kristatos, Columbo did. I'm with MilleniumForce; I really liked that Bond did not kill the major villain.

No, he is pointing out Kristatos's death, and it's nice to see that it is not at Bond's hand. The title of this thread is for both villains and henchmen. For the henchmen, Bond kills both Locque and Kriegler.
