Survivor

I am hoping that there isn't already a thread devoted to this - I did use the search function! Apologies if I missed it.

Anyway, just seen the trailer for SURVIVOR, a new action adventure with Brosnan playing an assassin to be released next month. Looks interesting, and right up my street!

http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/survivor/

Now, anyone who saw and enjoyed The November Man may, like me, think that Brosnan is telling the world - and the Bond producers that he is still a credible action hero! Are the rumours he's involved in Expendibles 4 true?

Thoughts, comments, or close if there is already a thread discussing this! Thanks.

Watched the trailer a day or two ago, and it looks fantastic. Brosnan looks great
In it. {[] shame he got such weak scripts for his Bond tenure.

Watched SURVIVOR this morning. A great thriller, and just like Skyfall a total London love fest. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Brosnan ageing well and still a credible action hero. Interestingly he plays a villain in this film. Anyway, can highly recommend it.

    Yep ! Great thriller in the style of " The 39 steps" or " Day of the jackal " -{
Brosnan looks good and is obviously relishing playing a villain for a change.
I agree with Strangeways, London is a big part of the film and a few Skyfall
Locations can be seen. ;) , even Malcolm Sinclair ( Dryden from CR) appears in
One scene. Well worth a watch.

I wonder if the rumour about Brosnan being in the Expendables 4 , if true
Will he be the villain ? ;)

Just read a few - deemed average or bad

Is it that bad or simply Brosnans no longer deemed as relevant anymore?!

Beleive November Man was similar but I enjoyed it

I thought Survivor was a contemporary " 39 steps" in that someone is
Suspected of being involved in a killing, so all the authorities are after them.
While at the same time as in " Day of the Jackal " we see the villains planning
    A terrible plot. ;)
I for one enjoyed it. :)) we can't help liking what we like. {[]
