In this episode we discuss honkeys, the legacy of Rosie Carver, the awesome theme song and title sequence, the introduction of Roger Moore, the many many many one liners in the film, the birth of JW Pepper, SNAKES! the truth about Solitaire and whether or not she is a classic bond girl or a dud, the awesome boat chase, lots of Tee Hee love, Whisper having the worst villain deformity of the lot...."WHAT!?", the (not so) mysterious identity of Mr Big, whether or not Guy Hamilton is still on acid, the first use of swearing in Bond history, Adam having the worst henchmen name since...never, the short screen time of Billy Bob, Baron Samedi "prancing" about and discussing the true nature of the character and finishing the episode off with a groundbreaking attempt at the Kiss Kiss Bang Bang count!
The Man With the Golden Gun should be up soon. We are well and truly into the Moore era!

And our latest episode Moustacha on a Horsey, talking about For Your Eyes Only. We somehow managed to make it a more silly episode than Moonraker, something no one was expecting.

We just recorded our A View To A Kill episode last night and are looking at doing our final Spectre preview one this week before heading into Dalton. NSNA episode should be up in a day or two, but let's just pretend we never had to talk about that film...

Yep we probably have around a years worth of episodes planned or that we have discussed from list rankings, parody film recaps and other spy film recaps through the lense of Bonds influence on it or vice versa. As well novel/games/music Bond discussions and I am sure we will revisit the main films again in some capacity. The show will go through a mini 'revolution' with a somewhat different format but we have no plans to disappear! James Bond Jr though...that may be going too far!
Our final Spectre pre release episode is out too. Being in Australia/Canada we don't get Spectre for a few weeks still so expect our Spectre film reaction episode to be a bit delayed in release if you live in the UK/US. Our A View to a Kill episode has been recorded and will be released soon. Recording The Living Daylights tomorrow.

A new episode is out, "Real Superfreaks Don't Eat Quiche" which covers A View to a Kill is out. In the episode we have extensive discussions on quiche, horseys and Christopher Walken. Unfortunately Canada still doesn't get Spectre for another week or so and Australia not for another two weeks so our Spectre coverage episode will be delayed but hopefully we have an episode up for it mid November!
We have recorded The Living Daylights and recording Licence to Kill on Monday. Hopefully the 80's retrospective next week as well. Hopefully everyone is still enjoying these episodes, it is bittersweet that we are nearing the end of the full watch through.

1) at the hotel where he says "shaken, not stirred
2) the spiked one Kara gives him
3) At the end when Bond "doesn't miss this performance" (after Kara's cello performance)
And I think the exploding milk bottles scene should be in the hall of fame and not the "bond james bond" introduction. Or even the PTS scene with his Bond reveal.
