* Die Another Day (the fencing fight, aston martin vanish, the gene therapy scenes)
* Diamonds Are Forever (duplicate cats, excellent scenery, Connery's fine taste of wine, voice changer)
* The Man with the Golden Gun (scaramanga, nick nack and the opening game)
* A View to a Kill (christopher walken, the mine scene, the golden gate bridge fight)
* Moonraker (Hugo Drax, Drax's death, the garden of death, everything with Jaws)
AJB007 Favorite Film Rankings
Pros and Cons Compendium (50 Years)
1) GE, like the falling into that giant antennae
2) TND, Kaufman "I could have shot you from Stuttgart". During this scene it actually resembles a Bond film - it gets my estimation as the best Brosnan scene in a Bond film
3)TWINE, the Thames chase, particularly the whizzing through Docklands
4) DAD, this film self destructs so much there is no film left. At a push its probably the Cuban actor speaking which is the best bit..

Pros and Cons Compendium (50 Years)
2. Tomorrow Never Dies: Dr. Kaufmann's scene
3. GoldenEye: Tank chase
4. Quantum of Solace: Opera scene, before the fight
5. Die Another Day: Stealing the grape
QOS: The nadir of the Bond films - Opera sequence
TMWTGG: Car Chase - Scenery
DAD: The PTS
AVTAK: Patrick Macnee
MR: The PTS up to the Jaws trying to fly bit.
Diamonds Are Forever:
Had a great elavator fight (QoS version could have learned from that).
It had some funny oneliners: "Oh providing the collars and cuffs match" and it was set in Amsterdam briefly (The only Bond movie till date to be featured in my home country)
Quantum of Solace:
Liked the part where Bond just sweeps off the tug from the motorcycle, hilarious!
Also liked some oneliners: "I think she has handcuffs..." - "Do hope so!"
Liked seeing an actor ACTUALLY return as Felix Leiter in an consecutive Bond movie (!)
OHMSS:
One of the best ending scenes in the franchise
Great score and amazing cinematography.
Also Diana Rigg and Gabriele Ferzetti! (Major plus)
DAD:
Liked the PTS actually
Liked Brosnan walking into the hotel in Hong Kong like a badass
The movie in itself was pretty entertaining from start to about the end of the cuba scenes actually.
I like the part where Hale Berry comes out of the water (don't even mind the slow motion that much (just hate the dialoque that comes after that....)
The fencing scene was pretty good too
There we go, even the least favorites have some good stuff in it

TMWTGG-The final showdown is a lot of fun.
MR-the PTS. Brilliant
AVTAK-Just about any scene with Christopher Walken has at least some merit
DAD-PTS again. really great start! I still remember thinking "this is going to be the best Brosnan film yet!" in the theater, before the opening titles. Too bad it's all down hill from there.
QoS-Little game of cat-and-mouse with M in the hotel, with Bond theme subtly playing in the background. Actualy felt like a bonafide Bond film for a second there. The Opera scene is good too.

- "Drop in the ocean"
- Aki's unfortunate death
- Volcano set
QOS
- Music in the PTS
- Arnold's score

Best moments, All the Bond v M scenes with
Edward Fox and Sean playing off each other.
You like Bond so much, your least favourite Bond film isn't even a Bond film. -{
-All the 00's getting called in
MR:
The PTS until Jaws' parashute doesn't work.
The shotgun scene (You missed . Did I?)
DAD:
The PTS.
I actually think the title sequence is OK
" You like Bond so much, your least favourite Bond film isn't even a Bond film. -{ "
) , you're so right my friend
Although, I still watch it from time to time. To try and like it.
MR - PTS until Jaws makes his appearance
OP - finale with Bond on the outside of the plane
AVTAK - any scene with Christopher Walken in it
DAD - Halle Berry coming out of the sea. Worth the ticket price just for that.
QOS - Mitchell chase
1. Bond chasing May Day up the Eiffel Tower
2. Tibbett's death, the horse chase & Bond's escape from the Rolls Royce
3. Bond's underwater surveillance of Zorin's pipeline
4. Pola Ivanova!
5. Zorin's airship meeting with business partners
I watch it too, as well as many other films that are not Bond film. I like it better than a few of the more recent Bond films, though I rank it at the bottom of all the Bond films for the simple fact that it doesn't even count!
- Bond's first meeting with Tiffany.
- Bond's fight with Franks.
- " I was out walking my pet rat and seem to have lost my way".
AVTAK - Dumping the guy from the blimp.
QOS - Bond infiltrating Quantum during the opera.
TMWTGG - Bond flying in to Scaramanga's lair.
TND - Carver mocking Wai Lin's martial arts moves.
Bond asking Moneypenny if she's noticed his stutter in CR67
Craig's drink order in CR06 ("Do I look as if I give a damn?")
Bond/Q scene in NSNA
#1.TLD/LTK 2.TND 3.GF 4.GE 5.DN 6.FYEO 7.FRWL 8.TMWTGG 9.TWINE 10.YOLT/QOS
Tanker sequence
Bond on the airplane booting out the pilot with all the drugs flying out
FYEO: the whole cliff climbing seqeuence
Car chase - really fun slightly different and humorous take on a bond car chase
The skiing/bobsleigh stuff
DN: bond entering his room at crab key - proper classic bond this the beautiful set and the situation, bond being hosted by a fellow villain can't be beat!
Spectre. But that'll change.
"Alimentary, Dr. Leiter..." With the emphasis on "Dr. Leiter"
LTK : Basically all scenes that involve the gorgeous Carey Lowell
TLD : I liked the slower Bratislava (shot in Vienna) tram scenes ( very Fleming imo) and the winter scenes with the Volante. I've also enjoyed the entire safehouse plot.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Tomorrow Never Dies - The car chase through the car park
Quantum Of Solace - The chase & fight scene between Bond and Craig Mitchell
Diamonds Are Forever - Really, nothing at all. I hate this pathetic piece of trash
The World Is Not Enough - Q's last scene in James Bond
1. Dalton 2. Moore 3. Connery 4. Lazenby 5. Craig 6. Brosnan
#1.TLD/LTK 2.TND 3.GF 4.GE 5.DN 6.FYEO 7.FRWL 8.TMWTGG 9.TWINE 10.YOLT/QOS
The Spy Who Loved Me - PTS was good, as was the helicopter car chase, as well as the gun battle between the RN and USN crews against Stromberg's men on board the Liparus.
Moonraker - strange as it may seem, I actually enjoyed the space scenes, and the hover-gondola. I just didn't think they belonged in a Bond film.
Die Another Day - when Bond gave that South African thug a lesson in manners, and the car chase scenes. Other than that, it was all rubbish.
My three favourite moments of my bottom three bond films:
TB - The murder of Derval and replacement with his double, Angelo.
QOS - The burning building finale.
DAD - When Graves kills his father. This is the only instance where I liked the matrixy slow-mo bits.
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
Edward Fox as an exasperated M,
Bernie Casey as Leiter, Both He and Sean look like if not on
a mission. There's still be friends.
Official Bond, TMWTGG but I like ....
Scaramanga, it's Christopher Lee, what's not to like.
Spiral car jump, still looks amazing years later
Scaramanga's Island, a truly " not of this world" location
The Queen Elizabeth set, brilliant idea.
But my best bits are the title song - loved Duran Duran in the 1980s
All the San Francisco scenes - I visited the city last year and it's awesome.
