Potted Shrimps with Toast

Roast Loin of Venison
with crushed celeriac, spiced red cabbage & chocolate sauce

Sruzgar had:

Dressed Crab with toast

Rack & Shoulder of Herdwick Lamb
with onion tarte fine & confit garlic

It's definitely an English menu with lots of Game (Rabbit, Grouse, Partridge, Venison etc) The menu can be viewed here and it's not as expensive as you may think. I am a big fan of this menu and the cooking is very good as is the atmosphere.

Yes I remember looking at the menu outside and thinking actually it's not too bad. There are plenty of places much more expensive without the history to them (or the Bond connection)
