Lana Del Rey - 24

Was this really her SPECTRE title song submission as some have suggested? It's awesome!
The next lot is number 48. A superb green-gold imperial Easter egg by Carl Faberge. Enameled in translucent green, enclosed by gold laurel-leaf trellis. Set with blue sapphires and four petalled gold flowers with diamonds.

I agree. It would have been a great Bond theme. Of course, I am guilty of a rather strong pro-Lana Del Rey bias. Love her new album, by the way.

I would've taken her over Sam Smith. I love her too!

Sorry to be a dissenting voice but I'd rather have Sam Smith and
    Writings on the wall.

Really? Well, we're all entitled to our own opinions. :D

It's a cool enough song with Bond elements, but I can see why it wasn't chosen.

I only became acquainted with Lana Del Rey a few months ago and I like much of what I have heard. '24' is a decent song but 'Freak' (particularly the opening) sounds more like a Bond title song to me.

Same here. Just recently discovered her work. Many of her songs have a John Barryesque feel about them both melodically and in their arrangements, which don’t come across as over-produced corny pastiches of the Goldfinger sound that seems to have been the direction that a few Bond songs have taken since Barry stopped doing them.

I agree. Her song "Terrence Loves You" you is very Barryesque:
