Yeah, I lasted about 5 seconds and then read the above review ) It didn't give away too much, but at the same time it did. I wouldn't read this review if you want to avoid spoilers.

...Most of their most cutting criticisms here are the very things that have made Bond the phenomenon it is...the sort of things that were said about Bond films in the '60s, '70s & '80s. How lovely -{ I've never been comfortable with Bond as a critic's darling :007)

So, yeah, looks like it will be a big success. Better than the last? Classic? Remains to be seen. Can't imagine it being a big dissapointment at any level based on both reading the story and seeing what people are saying now that have seen the final product.
I always get a kick out of negative film reviews that rip everything I would like about a film and make me want to see it even more.
Bugger, I clicked it, but to be fair it didn't give away a vast amount more than I already knew.
There were a couple of mild surprises though, so be warned if you decide to take a peek!
Fortunately, I am away this weekend (and by away I mean nowhere near any social media etc.)
These links, so tempting...

Very excited here.

Only viewing will tell...but Eon, past and present, would say that they make these films for the fans who plop their money down---not constipated, mewling milquetoasts who don't understand the first thing about this series, or its character.

From the reviews I've been reading, I have the same impression. My anticipation just went up a couple numbers in the dial.
To top it off, SS single was dispatched today, as were the David Deyong earrings (Christmas prezzie for the missus!). Today seems to be a very SPECTRal day for me!

Yes! exactly this, well said -{
I read one review that was 100% about the reviewer's feelings about his own masculinity after watching the movie.
Really.
Nothing about the film at all.
