Yes it is. The 007 facebook page posted photos during filming from inside the building, and as you can see the inside is identical, it's not changed in anyway for the film.
To an extent I agree that SP plumbs Bond history rather than adding anything to the history but thank god it sweeps away the Freudian angst of Skyfall- or rather, it's there but we aren't asked to take it seriously. Post SP, I think the franchise is very much at a point where it needs to re-evaluate itself. Whilst Bond going rogue was intriguing in CR and QoS, it's so predictable now that it's almost laughable. At least with Vesper, Bond had a legitimate reason to go rogue. I do think that it is a legitimate time for a new Bond actor; it's simply the nature of the beast that there is change and it would freshen things up. Seeing as Craig's first two films set a serious tone, it feels a bit too jarring for him to be battling with a classically camp Bond villain.
Guys I am new to this site pleas message me how to use it but really I am 25 life long bond fan and have wrote rough scripts off Flemings work and after goldeneye and hate the way bond is heading please message me because I want to write a tight bond script that is true to the books and type cast films not this daniel Craig drivel.

Cheers my man, but since like 19 I have been trying to write a sprit in prised from goldeneye the game but motivated by in her majesty's secret service, and these films are killing bond and the key elements he has charm, sex appeal and gadgets, and in Skyfall the way they take a stab at the exploding pen what the **** was up with that. Yes the return of the Aston Martin is cool but the off the cuff element of the 00 agent has been lost where is the watch knuckle duster and the surprise of bond anymore. In my eyes at the start of a film I want bond talking to a agent he worked with talking about missions between books tracking down blofeld and how spectre grew before bond took it down.

I guess that's true. However if they want to build Blofeld back up as Bond's main nemesis, Bond can't immediately blow up at him otherwise they'll have nowhere else to go. I'd be surprised if Blofeld wasn't responsible for more things from Bond's past.

6.9 on Imdb now. I did tell the fanboys the days of walking in to the baddies lair should be avoided. Insulting modern audiences is not recommended
I loved that. Classic Bond, all the way. That is the least of the third act's problems.

That was great character development. Absolutely.
Craig was at his Bond's best in this film. He convinced as Bond for a change in terms of behavior and manner. (Enough that we can look beyond the 'looks')

I just finished Colonel Sun - a great 007 novel - and noticed the torture scene in Spectre is straight out of the book. Not everything of course but Blofeld's speech...basically word for word.

"...the daughter of an assassin; the only one who could understand you..."
Combined with the little lip furl before Bond says, "Out of bullets."
This means to me that this is Dan saying goodbye to his Bond. No more an assassin.
Retired.
And I'm fine with that. In the end, a great run.
Unless they want to kill Madeline for a [yet another] revenge flick (and I don't think Craig would be into repeating himself), or an even more OTT story where ONLY BOND can save the day during a world crisis, lured out of retirement (*yawn*) than t-t-t-that's is all, folks!
As they drove off in the DB5, I truly got misty-eyed. 8-)
