Differences between dvd vs blu ray versions?

Does anyone have a list of changes between various editions of the dvds/blu rays....or even vhs or whatever came before that???
The one I am most aware of is the different gunshot when killing Tracy. I'm not sure whether it's ntsc vs pal or special vs ultimate dvd edition.

And I understand the ultimate edition had several changes. Eg filter in the OHMSS PTS, Dr No aspect ratio change

And obviously the blu ray was upscaled although I'm not sure whether anything else was changed
