I noticed quite a few diff angles with regards to trailers v final film

I think we see that shot but only directly head on with Bond walking at the camera only and not side view with the people at desks.

I think the "holiday" quip in Ms office was a different angle in the film

It was slightly better delivered in the film, I thought, so it may have been a re-shoot.

I wish they had kept the calls in the car chase as three separate calls - one big phone call just stops the chase dead.

The scene in Bond's flat with Moneypenny was the first scene filmed during production... except that Bond was originally wearing a dressing gown. The scene was reshot some months later with Bond in a suit.

Bond walking through the large office to M's office and noticing the CCTV is, as already mentioned, glimpsed in the trailer.

There was another scene in M's office with Moneypenny. It was a whole day's shoot but deleted entirely.

The Austrian clinic had a nice reception area set built at Pinewood for a scene with Bond arriving and confirming his appointment with Dr.Swann.

in early pics of the funeral, Monica Bellucci is wearing knee high boots (as listed on Bondlifestyle), but in the movie she wears normal high heels

Funny you should mention that. I had my mrs telling me this (elbowing me in the cinema in fact) as she had seen the boots on her previously
