An idea for a bar I once had...

I at one time thought that a small bar based on the middle-eastern dives so well know in spy novels, places like Ricks in Casablanca would be cool...the atmosphere would be one of spy novels and movies..the staff would be dressed for the occasion, there would be no juke boxes, maybe piano bar just something to bring some class to this corner of the Ozarks...I would have to be careful to not cross any legal lines..
Dark coves available for people to get private time, a dance floor and a bar of course..My wife commented once that it would tackily exotic...but it would be English pub themed as well..
