It's a matter of how you look at it. Iranians might argue that Afghanistan is a different country, Afghanistan is arab and has different languages from the non-Arab Iran. Marocco is not even on the same continent!
Australia hasn't been visited by Bond, but it's an English-speaking country that has been shown on TV and movies many times before.
I'm not against Bond filming in Australia, but it's not nearly as exotic as Iran.

But it's highly unlikely Bond would film in Iran. They would film in Morocco instead like they did for Afghanistan. So as far as filming locations go, it wouldn't be anything new.

If they film locations to look like somewhere else, Skyfall style, no-one will notice. If they really film in Iran it will be something special that could give the movie some extra attention.
What's happening? I don't feel very strongly about Iran as a location. I only feel strongly about one potential location, and we know where that is :v
I really just wanted people to like the Bond titles Devil May Care and Touch the Devil

I’m not a fan of ‘Risico’ – too much like an Italian rice dish. The Hildebrand Rarity I like mainly because I liked the story. And as I haven’t seen Spectre yet I can’t comment how this title has been used.
Going back through some of the chapters of the Fleming novels I’d be happy with any of these titles.

Just a fun question: What do you think the next title will be out of the following 5 possibilities?:
1 - A Fleming short story title
2 - A Fleming chapter title
3 - An original title with reference to Fleming (ie - Goldeneye, TWINE)
4 - An original title with no reference to Fleming
5 - A continuation novel title
Nobody can come up with titles better than The Property of a Lady, Risico and The Hildebrand Rarity (though that will be a harder one to use). If they were good enough for Fleming they should be good enough for anyone else. Spectre was one of the worst titles in the series. It only had meaning to those who were familiar with Fleming's work or the previous Bond films, and for those people it took away the twist of the story (if the Sony hacks hadn't already given it away). For a one word title it had none of the intrigue of any of Fleming's titles. It's time to go back to another Fleming title.
I've always liked risico, I also liked quantum of Solace though and actually enjoyed the short story.....for some strange reason? Even a chapter title from a Fleming book should be considered.

The Property Of A Lady is a fine title and by far my favourite of the remaining Fleming titles. The Hildebrand Rarity is second, for the intrigue of it. I don't like Risico though. Someone on here nailed it when they said it sounded like an italian pasta dish.
But...
The Garden Of Death and/or The Death Collector would be better titles than any of these IMO.
007 In New York will never be used, but, what about Agent In New York?
I've always felt The Property Of A Lady was a great title and a waste it was never used for a film. Same with Risico and The Hildebrand Rarity- all very Bondian Fleming titles. One of my favorite elements of Quantum of Solace was that it took it's title from Fleming. At the time I had hoped future films would follow that trend. C'est la vie.
I really don't count 007 In New York. It was such a brief story in the Thrilling Cities travelogue, I'd prefer the title: Thrilling Cities over that. Considering the current trend of astonishingly lame ass titles for movies in this particular era of the 21st Century: Jason Bourne, The Batman, Logan, etc we're lucky Mickey G and Barbara don't follow the trend by calling a future Bond film "James".

That Someone was me and Risotto is a rice dish -{ And I'll thank you not to refer to me as ? - quick, which film was that from?
'The Death Collector' I definitely like as that was in my original post. I really like 'The Garden of Death' but I didn't put it in as it wasn't a chapter title - certainly not from my copy of YOLT. It has given me something to think about though with regards to other titles.

It's also the title of one of the chapters in the novel. I have said for years that "A Whisper of Hate" is a perfect Bond movie title.
It's a while since I've read the novels, and now that my Bond film marathon is over, it is something I'm going to undertake in the very near future. I agree A Whisper Of hate would be a great title for a Bond movie.

"A Whisper Of Love, A Whisper Of Hate"
They have already used "The World Is Not Enough" and it's a phrase from the pen of Fleming.
Here's a link to a Guardian report on the novel casino Royale it's the second one down.
