As for the village idiot - that title went to Asp9mm long time ago - and well deserved :D

Alas the tool is still here.

Awwww, I just came back from my Bruce Lee acting and selfie lessons to find 7007 gone...and I was so looking forward to his next passive aggressive, derailing line of questions and mass representation of no one....

    Ah well....
  • Nice. Now we can get back to the actual topic.
  • Big shout out to Simon and David and Meestabond for getting this project this far! Good work guys!

And back on track with a vengeance!!!

Great news Simon. Hopefully a couple more will join in the next couple days to shore up the numbers.

Now we need those measurements from David of the prototype and a revised sizing chart from TF Milan.

As always, a very entertaining vlog David. And great news Simon. Thanks guys for all your efforts.

However, I noticed that the Tom Ford logo at the prototype is attached slightly lower than the one at the SU jacket. Maybe they can change this, when they go into production. But ok, of course this is only a very small detail. 8-)

    Sirs,
May I ask about the fabric of this TF re-issue jacket.
Like Westward_Drift remarked, "there has been a navy version in cotton/silk fabric with leather trim".
Therefore I would like to know the difference in fabric.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    7

Every little bit helps for the SA look.

Pity the jacket won't come with a bunch of assistants armed with lint brushes. :p

    Number 54, possibly?

So, now that this project is looking like a reality has everyone had that awkward talk with their significant other about spending a couple thousand on another Bond jacket?

My talk went exceptionally well as you know, M. I was fortunate.

If this goes through maybe a new thread about what members had to do, promise, or give up for the jacket.

The Royale V.3 Medium fits me really well, like a glove. I'm not sure which size to go with for the TF one.
