Michael Billington screen test

I was on Michael Billington's website and there are several articles where he talks about the several times he almost played Bond. In one article, he says to keep an eye out for the Moonraker ultimate edition DVD because his screen test will be on it. That article likely came out 10 years ago. Why do you think his screen test was not included on the DVD or future releases of Moonraker. Do you think we will ever see his screen test? I hope so!

I thought a video of that screen test existed, oh well. Anyway, as a kid when I watched my first ever cinema Bond movie, TSWLM, the gender role reversal joke in the PTS was lost on me. But watching that scene again, and how it was intended for Billington to be Bond's opposite number, it worked and I thought he himself was very Bond-like in the sense of Bond being the virile and sexy male agent...dare I say more so than Roger Moore himself.
