Her face just looks worn out and doesn't have the fresh, vibrant look a 26-year-old should have.
WORN OUT ?:)
I'm just not seeing it!
You’re not seeing it because you picked the best picture you could find. Amazing what good make-up can do… While I was disappointed to see Craig portray Bond, the producers’ choice of Vesper disappointed me even more.
Um every single photo that's been posted here shows Eva Green as simply stunning.
I'm the opposite, I think Green looks the best in Casino Royale than anything else she has done.

Let's agree to disagree. To me, she was by far the least attractive Bond girl - ever. And this is not to say that Eva Green can't look good. But the horrible, cheap looking lipstick, poor make-up and questionable wardrobe in CR...

It was the first Vesper lynd picture on a Google search I came across

That's fine...but if you ever see Miss Green out and about, then please point her in my direction :x
While Bond girls aren't my type, Seydoux looks a lot better than Vesper, who at 26 looked like she already smoked a lifetime's worth of cigarettes.
In Eva's defense she probably had by that point, but how so? I think Casino Royale is one of her films where she looks her best in.

She always looks like she could do with a shower to me. Not a fan. Seydoux looked like a girl to me so the whole thing was creepy. Bellucci on the other hand...Bond girls are a divisive lot here on AJB and it's after all a matter of preference and not science.

I wished there was much more of Monica B. In the film world its always the youth they go for but in real life.....
She is just so damn gorgeous.
Eva Green has really grown on me over the Years. Fantastic choice and has the acting chops and film presence.
As far as fights go, Spectre had a great one on the train. At least I could tell what was happening. That's what I loved about John Wick 2, you can actually see what the heck they are doing. I don'k think anyone kills better that Wick at the moment. That last Bourne movie was too choppy and sucked as far as the fights.

Eva is a little hurt by that comment...

I really did not like SPECTRE nor Daniel Craig's performance in it. I no longer like his representation of and being James Bond 007. I am hoping Daniel Craig has done his last "Bond" film and will let us move on. I am ready for a new actor to be James Bond 007.
I realize the producers will most likely get what they want. I think this whole thing of Daniel Craig saying he was tired and done with being Bond at that time is all a part of publicity. All that we have to go on now is Daniel Craig saying himself that he has had no discussions with the producers (as of October 2016) and he has not been offered any money to return.
That is not to say him and Barbara Broccoli have not had private discussions during the "Othello" play, she was producing with Daniel Craig in it.
My choices to be the next James Bond 007 this month are Tom Cullen, Tom Hardy, Kit Harington, James Scott and Chris Hemsworth. Let me add that I think Tom Hardy would be a better villain for a James Bond movie.

Well, in the first photo that Asp 9mm posted, if you focus in her forehead maybe she looks a bit worn out but to say that she's unattractive is well, blasphemy. Still, I prefer Lea as blondes are a bit more of my type (add Honey and literary Tiffany to that list too).
To say that Eva Green is not attractive in Casino Royale is insanity
Well, consider me insane then! And, just to clarify, I have seen photos of Green in which she looked great, so when I call her an unattractive Bond girl, I'm only referring to the character we see on screen in CR, not to the actor who played that character.

Found it better recently. I watched CR the other night - Craig doesn't have the same way about him in Spectre. I think it's time for him to move on. Craig Wars?

What I like about the Eva Green casting is that she comes across as a royal pain in the arse, stubborn, argumentative and no push over etc which is perfect for the script / film.
I find she can look very different in the film per scene. I find her most attractive on the train when she first sits down and in the bathroom with less slap on )

I like your reply, thesecretagent. In Spectre, he could have phoned in his performance. Daniel Craig even flips the "f" birdie at photographers and fans, even while filming Spectre. It is time for him to go. Let's find an actor that can be classy and suave. A good-looking man that is delightful to watch as "Bond" and respectable.
I honestly, don't see what Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson still see in Daniel Craig. Why are they scared of hiring a new actor as James Bond?
It was not Daniel Craig that brought in the money for Spectre. It was the fans of 007 and the storyline that sounded interesting.
If you get Daniel Craig out of the James Bond role with a new white British actor, you will see James Bond 007 become popular again. So many good choices out there now for a new James Bond actor.

I really like your comment/observation. For me Green like Craig varies considerably oscillating between looking great in one scene (agree about the less slap) and not so great in another. I think that like with Daniel what we can say is that their look(s) are divisive, having their fair share of ardent admirers and detractors in the Bondiverse and beyond. Neither are particularly my cup of Darjeeling but I love CR nonetheless.

This is something I've noticed about Craig over the years. There's usually a few shots in each of his Bond films where he looks awful. One that springs to mind immediately is the balcony scene with Mathis from CR.

Looks like he is about to have a heart attack
The scene in QoS? Well he had just had six Vespers... -{
