Potentially exciting surprise -- I am in London and visited N. Peal yesterday. I asked about the new jumper and was informed they had just been contacted by EON productions to push up the release date of the jumper. Apparently, the folks at N. Peal assumed they would not be allowed to release the product until the movie comes out in the spring, but alas, someone at EON is thinking about the potential here. The manager at the Picadilly N. Peal is creating a list of people to notify once the stock is available sometime soon. I debated about posting this for fear the poor manager will now receive contact from thousands of people who want to be on the list, but it would be cruel not to share this information.
Exciting! I went into the Covent Garden store at the weekend and asked about the jumper. At the time they seemed to suggest it would be released closer to the film's release date.
They have a nice free catalogue of all the pieces for any collectors.

But who knows they may come back to you with something other than store credit, can't hurt to try.

Getting a store credit would have been fine if there was something I wanted but the only thing I'd like is the Indigo jacket but I decided to pass on it as I'm worried about color transfer I actually spoke to a rep at one of the stores and he said they sold out of 10 or so jackets in a few minutes. Trust me I'm definitely not blaming them for having having a sale but most retailers honor a lower price within the first 30 days so I figured why not try it out. The point of my post was to let people know that the promo was there and to maybe get some money back

I work part-time in retail right now and we usually price adjust deals up to 7 days. I'm surprised, but that's very cool for STAG to do that for you. I'd like to give them some business but I was able to snag a barely worn one off ebay for 175 plus shipping.

Really looking forward to N Peal's NTTD sweater. It is unique and unlike anything I have. It also appears that the patches will be suede which is an elegant touch.
The drawstring collar will be neat as well, luxury sweater, sweatshirt functionality.
I will be doing a frugal Bond review on this 100% cotton version that I just received....James Bond Classified discovered it and I have to say I am impressed with the quality. And no itchiness! And did I mention it's $26 on Amazon?!? You need to size down as these run large...so I ordered a medium.
My Goodhreads cotton sweater arrived today and I'm thrilled, I will be sending back the wool bully tomorrrow, the cotton looks very similar, fits better (I got an M in the cotton sweater and it fits perfect, the large in the bully was too tight) and the cotton is going to be so much more wearable than the heavy duty wool. I hope it wears well!
