I never was a part of this „conspiracy theory“ discussion, probably because I never believed it BUT...
Asking „someone“ to actually apologize is stupid.
This thread reads „Discuss Bond 25 here“, so (if he isn’t insulting and stays on-topic) he can basically write whatever he wants. It‘s up to every single one of you to engage with it.
He certainly took a lot of hits for his theory, often even cheap shots.
But now asking for him to apologize for his ideas and opinions is wrong!
Except he wasn't discussing Bond 25 here. He created a fantasy that Bond 25 was actually The Rhythm Section. It's all a conspiracy!!!! ) 8-)
As we say in the UK "Oh sod it!"
US meaning: forget it, it's not worth the hassle. But I had to post the trailer link to prove it's a real film. Well I assume it's a real film. We might be in some weird Matrix simulation and nothing is real, well apart from Someone. Heh.

Why should he apologise about a theory he had, just because it didn’t pan out. Unbelievable, some posts are here are bordering on victimisation 8-)
Just to bring the topic to an end... AJB poster 'Someone' claimed that The Rhythm Section was actually No Time To Die in disguise blah blah blah. He/she posted many detailed posts explaining why the film was Bond 25 and 26. Two films in production at the same time.
Trailer for The Rhythm Section just been released online:
I trust Someone can accept it's a genuine film. It's not Bond 25 or Bond 26.
For what it's worth I think Someone should post an apology or at the very least admit his/her conspiracy theory was a bit silly or bizarre attention seeking. People can post what they like as long as they don't break the rules or don't go too off-topic however posting silly conspiracy stuff with zero evidence to back it up - as was the case with Someone - is not what Bond forums should be about.

Christ on a bike! I challenged Someone about his facts, evidence because I didn’t believe it, but it was clear it was just his working theory, one of many I think.. I’ve posted theories, as have many others, and he certainly shouldn’t apologise for his interpretations of things!!

You are unbelievable, Someone. You spam this thread with your nonsensical theories/so-called facts/conspiracy claims and you don't even have the common courtesy to say "whoops, I was wrong, sorry!" Heck, you just copy and paste your old link posts. Are you taking the piss or what?
You're spamming the same nonsense again. This is unbelievable. You are a troll - PERIOD. Why have you reposted the links? Because you want the attention. This must be breaching the terms of this forum. Stop posting/reposting your nonsense, you sad attention seeker. It's just pathetic now.

You really need to take a breather bonded123, there's no need for that kind of talk—your posts have become abusive. As several members have mentioned above, Someone has the right to post his theories in this discussion thread. I believe his posting links to his past theories were also justified. Some members may not have read this thread when his theory was first brought up so didn't have a clue what you were talking about with post 6272.

This is my final post on this forum. I have decided to leave because I'm very disappointed with some members' reaction to my previous post.
Before I depart, I'd just like to state the following...
It's a pity Someone spammed this board with his nonsense. I am a relatively new member of AJB and enjoyed posting and reading members' posts. However, Someone spoilt it with his self-indulgent conspiracy nonsense. Perhaps he was genuine/well-intentioned but I felt he was trolling for attention. Regardless of his motive, it would have been nice and more to the point APPROPRIATE for him to have acknowledged his MISTAKE and not compounded it by reposting his message links. That is not the way members should behave on forums.
If I kept posting "Daniel Craig quit during the filming of NTTD but B Broccoli persuaded him to return so they could finish the film" and I kept posting wild claims and made-up evidence to try to support my wacky theory and then it turned out I was completely wrong I would acknowledge my mistake. I would put up an apology or a retraction. At the very least I would accept I got carried away. Someone has done nothing of the kind. He's carried on as if he wasn't in error, as if spamming this thread with his lame nonsense is acceptable. I for one don't think it is and for that reason I'm quitting this forum. I can't be bothered reading self-indulgent nonsense from people like Someone. I don't think there is a way to block individual posts anyway, and even if there were a way the damage has been done. The guy is just a troll and people here are pandering to his trolling.
10 Types of Internet Troll
Number 5
- The Show-Off, Know-it-All Or Blabbermouth Troll
A close relative to the persistent debate troll, the show-off or blabbermouth troll is a person who doesn't necessarily like to participate in arguments but does love to share his or her opinion in extreme detail, even spreading rumors and secrets in some cases.
Think of that one family member or friend you know who just loves to hear his or her own voice. That's the Internet equivalent of the show-off or know-it-all or blabbermouth troll.
They love to have long discussions and write lots of paragraphs about whatever they know, whether anyone reads it or not.
Just like you I don't believe Someone's theory is correct. Unlike you I don't think he does any harm writing about it, I've just ignored it most of the time. Perhaps it's about time he saw he's been wrong, but thet's up to him. He hasn't offended anyone here, he hasn't accused anyone of anything serious as far as I know. Why should he apologise? Leaving just because he has an opinion about the James Bond movies seems like a gigant overreaction.
Speaking as an overanalyser myself, I like Someone's theories and how he clearly demonstrates his logic for us peers to review.
And if he's completely 100% wrong, the plus side is he hasn't Spoiled the film, so that's a good thing!

Goodbye.
A bit of an attention-seeker yourself, huh? I doubt a lot of people read your manifest there.
After all, it was you who started the theory again and it was you who came at „someone“ demanding an apology (writing this already seems silly).
It‘s your choice to resign. But being so exaggeratedly butthurt over somebody who just brought forward his own personal theory is pretty pathetic...
I've certainly had my issues with Someone's theories and at first I suspected possible trolling, however over time I've come to the conclusion that it's not trolling, just some overreaching theories that get a bit over the top sometimes. Even if the true purpose is to get some attention or "having us on for a bit of a laugh" I don't see the harm or feel any malice. Personally, I have stopped reading the posts in the Spoilers thread as I don't want to know any more that might give away any surprises or suspenseful moments in the film.
It helps that he's in one piece and probably fully recovered from his ankle injury. I also would guess that he is feeling pretty good about how the production is going and Fukunaga's direction (which apparently wasn't the case during the filming of SPECTRE).
Two slightly interesting notes: I was at the IMAX showing of Ad Astra (a very good film IMO) and there was a trailer for The Rhythm Section (so much for the fake film theory ) and a trailer for Sam Mendes' new film, 1917. Interestingly, the trailer ballyhooed 1917 as "from Sam Mendes, the director of Skyfall" so I guess the Bond pedigree still carries some weight.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge just won an Emmy for writing (as well as one for acting) on her critically acclaimed TV series Fleabag—so fingers crossed she brought that expertise over to NTTD's screenplay. Also, Ben Whishaw picked up an acting Emmy for his mini-series A Very English Scandal, so congrats to both Bond associates {[]
Her other show, Killing Eve, is also brilliant and might be a better representation of what she'd bring to Bond, considering it's about spies, assassins and conspiracy, and is filled with strong female characters.

It is odd isn't it, I was surprised at how cheap it looked, like Gassy Man.

Thanks for posting that. It's nice to see DC in great spirits and being so cordial with the crew.
I wonder where filming will take them to next?
