Questions regarding tailoring.

So apparently I have rather short arms and I am having trouble with the clothes I bought. After double checking my measurements I purchased a JS Bobby V-Neck in medium and a Tom Ford cardigan in size 52. For the cardigan I could've gotten away with a 50 but the size difference is minimal. My issue is with the sleeves, on both the v-neck and the cardigan the sleeves bunch up quite a bit more than I would like. Can either of these pieces of clothing be tailored, as in the arm length being shortened?

That is not true by any means! A good tailor is more likely to refuse ajob that can't be done well. Most tailors don't alter knitwear, and this is not an easy task to do properly.
Sterling Archer, I have seen you now several times giving "expert" advise which is not.
Remember that with your pals, you may be "THE" James Bond guy, "THE" watch guy and so on - but that does not necessary mean that you universally really are!
Happens with us all - that's why I usually keep my mouth shut re. clothing.
And remember that this forum is full with long-time standing members that have an immense knowledge and experience with many things. Leave it to them to give expert advise unless you really are one of them.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Zchauvin does simply folding over the cuffs not work? The cardigan is supposed to have its cuffs that way.
You could turn the cuff back a little more no one would know
Tailor unlikely to adjust knitwear there is no where to hide the excess material and unlikely to cut it for fear of stitch run etc unlike a suit
