Gents, I have reached out to 7FAM and they have requested pictures of the SA jeans. My mercers are way faded and I don't believe my jeans were SA to begin with. Does anyone have pics of the SA jeans to submit? They haven't confirmed a new run of these, but hopefully it's a good sign that they are asking for pictures. Would love to send them some detailed pics from those who have them! Thanks guys! -{

    I believe I can do one better and provide the codes for them. I'm sure 7FAM would keep a record of those.

    I think these pics came from here but they could've been from an eBay listing, I honestly can't remember.

    They were a darker wash than that. I might bust mine out if need be.

    That pair looks like they've been worn and washed to the point of looking like a completely different wash. While they're the correct model and have all the right details, the color isn''t representative of the Mercer wash. It should look like this -

    Found some saved pics on my phone with a more accurate, non overly worn/washed out, colour. Again can't remember if the pics are from someone on here, sorry if i'm not giving credit when credit's due to the owner.

    Thanks gents for the pictures, I shall submit them today and await a response.
    Commandant, I'm not too sure where the company stands at this point. But they have asked for pictures (very vague as to their intentions with them) but I feel it's a step in the right direction. Perhaps if there were more people who will inquire about these, we may light a fire under them and see some good results (only hoping here).

    Having it in regular production is preferred to a special run, but in either case, outstanding that 7FAM is willing to entertain the notion of a rerelease.

    Can't speak for the retail of the Mercers in 2008, but most 7FAM jeans retail for around $169-200 here in the US, although some of their models can run to $248.

    I agree with you on having the jeans in regular production seeing as there are definitely people on ajb who may want to replace a worn out pair or like myself get a pair or 2 :)

    Thanks! Right after i made the post I found that pricing was in the range you provided.

    Update gents. In spite of going back and forth with customer service employees and supervisors, I regret to say that they aren't open to a reissue at this time. They said that they would present the idea for future consideration, but that at this time they cannot accommodate our request. Very dissapointing news, but hopefully at some point, the company will come around and see the opportunity to embrace the fan connection. Sorry gents, I gave it my best shot. -{
