What is your favourite kind or brand of tea?

For my money, the best tea I have tasted so far is PG Tips. I highly recommend it to any tea drinker who has not yet tried it.

We know that Ian Fleming and James Bond both despised tea but I'm sure we can still find it interesting to discuss our loves, hates and preferences in tea here in this thread! -{

    Don't really have a favourite brand, but I do like strong tea.
    Not Earl Grey though as I find it too scented.
    I think I'm correct in saying that Roger Moore also

    I like a cup of monkey (PG Tips) but enjoy Twinings breakfast tea when I'm feeling flush and have got into Tregothan Estate Cornish tea (not kidding - they grow tea in Cornwall) - but it's bloody expensive.

    Hot water - splash of milk - one sugar, and best accompanied by a selection box of biscuits.

    I'm quite partial to Earl Grey breakfast tea ( infused with bergamot oil) at breakfast time, but our regular use tea is Yorkshire tea, I'm also quite partial to pg tips. When abroad I don't mind liptons breakfast tea either, its quite light being a yellow tea but suits warmer weather.
    I prefer milk added after mashing the tea, I can tell if it's been added first.
    Teapot or not teapot anyone?

    I'm not much of a tea drinker, but I do like Fortnum and Mason's black tea with strawberry. Otherwise, Chinese green tea or Moroccan mint tea if at a restaurant serving the respective cuisine.

    Don't have a favourite brand but tend to drink a lot of Tetley or Yorkshire tea.

    My quartermaster brings me Earl Grey every morning at 0430. Monday to Friday. Puts it on the table and then wakes me up.
    Starting a new day with tea, not too hot, just right, is a marvelous thing.

    I don't drink much tea but I do love a cup of Assam from Vahdam Teas with my sourdough toast and Frank Cooper's or Wilkin's Tiptree marmalade :) and how anyone can drink tea with milk and/or sugar is beyond me as it masks the fine flavour.
    Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

    I used to take PG Tips, but it's with the Unilever brand, and I read they were dodgy, so I dropped that and now go for Waitrose English Breakfast tea bags. Also, Yorkshire Decaff tea, to avoid too much caffeine in the morning, it can rattle you a bit.

    I do start with hot water and a slice of lemon.

    Also, Holland & Barrett Green and Jasmine tea for weight loss.

    Co-op have just announced they’re planning to make their tea plastic-free, but PG Tips, Britain’s biggest tea company, have no plans to end plastic tea bags. [2] And so far they’ve only had small numbers of people asking them to go plastic-free. That’s easy for them to ignore.

    That’s where we come in. If tens of thousands of us demand that PG Tips remove plastic from their tea bags, it could give them the push they need to make the change. A huge petition landing on the boss’ desk could scare him that we might take our business elsewhere. [3]

    So, will you sign the petition to get PG Tips to remove plastics from tea bags? It takes less than a minute...

    I've always referred to PG Tips as a cup of monkey - because of the long running chimp adverts - I had no idea monkeys picked tea!

    Strong Hot and 1to1 with Jägermeister!!! :)) :)) :))

    Before I forget: in Finnish Jägermeister is known as "Jekku" for short, which is also a word for a gag or a joke.

    So the drink of tea with Jägermeister is known by Finns as "Jekkutee", a refreshing and warming experience after a long day spent outdoors during winter!

    I enjoy usually any brand of white tea. I find it's much smoother and velvety(?) feeling than black or green teas. -{

    I drink tetley or yorkshire tea, some twinnings, some jasmin, but always no milk or sugar :007)

    Twinning's Breakfast Tea or Earl Grey. Stuck with these two, haven't tried many other notable tea brands.

    Not a tea drinker myself but Yorkshire Gold is the tea that is drunk in our house should you have cause to pop in.

    We had relatives that went to Sri Lanka and they brought back some 'proper' tea for my husband. He said you could really tell the difference and it didn't need milk in it.

    According the he Sri Lankans we drink the stuff that's swept off their floors :))

    I like the Taylors of Harrogate Scottish Breakfast in the morning. With milk and a little sugar. If I have tea I like to go for the more full flavored, malty ones like that or the Irish Breakfast.
