So, those were Cuban number plates on the Land Rover in the DC, Wright, Magnussen pics and the revolutionary murals in Jamaica were not, 'just there,' they are part of the film.
Cuba confirmed.
And Billy Magnussen has a story on Instagram and if you look in the background of this brief video it appears to show the high walls we see in the Pinewood backlot pic found at MI6Community and in earlier posts on this thread. https://www.instagram.com/stories/billymagnussen/
Obviously, we know at this point that the locations are Norway, Jamaica (also standing in for Cuba), Cuba (ala Jamaica and studio magic), Italy and of course London. I would say that is a pretty good bunch of locations by Bond standards. More importantly, despite Craig's injury, the production has not shut down and continues to film around him while he recovers.

I would say the only location where we know parts of the film will take place - as opposed to where it is being filmed - is Jamaica. Norway and London are also a safe bets, but I don’t think either have been confirmed. Everything besides Jamaica is just speculation, albeit educated speculation.
I'll be surprised if The Atlantic Sea Road stands in for another country, but I'm less sure where the frozen lake is supposed to be. We also don't know if Matera will be shot as Italy.

Cuba is confirmed, but the driving scenes we saw weren’t being set there.
It looks like they have a massive Havana set on the backlot for that sort of thing!
It could be a Cuba scene with what appears to be a dilapidated building, and I imagine its part of this Pinewood backlot set based on the date.
It's scene 108H, which would put it after the first hour mark, somewhere between an hour and an hour 15 minutes, is my estimate.
In Casino Royale, in the script, scene 108 is on page 47 and is part of Bond and Vesper's arrival at Casino Royale. In the film it's at 1 hour 4 minutes. The CR script does not have any scenes that are H, it has a 71A, 74A, 78B, 79A and 79B.
In Spectre, scene 108 is on page 74 of the script (dated December 1 2014 and Pink revisions) and it is where Bond and Madeleine walk through a Tangier market, aka souk, which can be seen in the film at 1 hour 17 minutes.
The use of an H on a scene maybe a worrying sign of how rewritten Bond25 is. Casino Royale only has 71A, 74A, 78B, 79A and 79B, for scenes where additional scenes have been added and numbered XA, XB etc.
Essentially, in scripts, typically it is only numbers, 1 2, 3, etc, but when scenes are added to that original numbered scene, they get a letter.
Scenes in brackets were said to be omitted in the 12/1/14 script, meaning they had been dropped from previous versions. I included in parentheses other scenes that had been omitted as they are larger in number, for example scenes 154 to 169, dropped, 15 scenes. It's an indication of the huge changes the Spectre script went through.
Also worryingly, the Spectre script did not get to an H. It got to an F, at the most. And we know that Bond25 has already had a K, with scene 15K. (https://www.ajb007.co.uk/post/946706/#p946706)
The scenes that had A-F were to do with Bond in the old MI6 building when he encounters Blofeld again. The other scenes with more additional scenes, beyond just an A and B are 116, which went to up D, 117 which went up to E, 144 which also went up to E, and 153 and 194 which both went up to a D.
117 is where M and Moneypenny get to Whitehall to be told by C that Nine Eyes is now going ahead, while 144 is the cut dining room card game scene which is ultimately replaced by the torture scene, and 144's A-E also covers Bond and Madeleine's escape. Scene 117 has its A and B dropped, so what stays and what goes can be quite complicated.
The half way mark of any movie is usually a big conflict scene between the antagonist and protagonist, and 108H could be at the 1 hour 10 minute mark, half way through a 2h 20 minute film. Cuba would seem to be an appropriate location for such a conflict. The fact that it is an IMAX scene would also suggest an action sequence.

No, it's much more simple than that:
If you take Sean Connery's age when filming Dr. No, divided by the year in which it was released, multiplied by the number of the book in the series, then add that to the square root of the latitude of Ocho Rios, minus Daniel Craig's age at the time of filming Casino Royale, you get the exact time when Ursula Andress appears on the beach. The H stands for Honey.

If the scene is indeed set in Cuba, and we assume de Armas is playing a Cuban. Could the rewrites be down to her addition to the cast? Fukunaga and Waller Bridge could have adapted a different character to fit her casting, and everything adjusted slightly to fit in with that?

Yes, with scene 108 Bond arrives in Cuba, and then scenes A through H, are him meeting Paloma. It's possible.
It certainly suggests that the film is essentially in the Caribbean after the Norway flashback until half way through the second act at least.
If Purvis & Wade decided to follow Casino's structure, then it almost coincides with the point at which Bond meets Vesper in CR.
In Casino, after the PTS, we see Bond in Madagascar and then after a very brief return to London, in M's flat, he spends the next 27 minutes, a third of the second act, in the Caribbean and Miami.
Main thing to take away from the article is a look at what I think is possible the Porton Down lab/offices set that was being blown up on the 007 stage when the accident happened:
As @GregWInsight is the Twitter handle of photographer Greg Williams, who did the behind-the-scenes photography books for Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace and Skyfall lets hope that he is going to be doing another one for Bond 25.

Or to zoom in a bit:
Some newspaper (I won't bother to find the link ….. at least yet) the explosion that went wrong was for a scene where a laboratory is blown up. I'm jumping to the conclusion that it was a bioweapons lab - it's not a long jump. Was the laboratory supposed to be in Porton Down or a secret lab in Cuba or some other location?

Love those books so much. Very disappointing that he wasn't there for Spectre. Fingers crossed this means a bond 25 book
I have no idea how trustworthy this is, but since there's barely any news now and this looks cool and Bondian I think it's worth a look (first posted in MI6Community and translated by GGL007):
It is about a Canadian making turistic submarines, but: "también de Sant Cugat podrán salir las primeras unidades de Neptune, un submarino de lujo, creado en colaboración con Aston Martin y que fuentes bien informadas aseguran que hará su aparición en la próxima película de James Bond."
"also from Sant Cugat will be able to leave the first units of Neptune, a luxury submarine, created in collaboration with Aston Martin and which informed sources assure that it will make its appearance in the next James Bond movie. "
I am intrigued by the concept of a 'luxury submarine' though. Is there really a gap in the market for a luxury submarine?
Aston Martin sold mountain bikes once colour coordinated to match the owner's V8 or V12. Then came the Cygnet and initially you could only buy one if you had its bigger brother. Okay this was a tax dodge so they could continue producing gas guzzling V12s and not get hammered too much so why not a submarine? They already co-produce high performance luxury speed boats.

Pics from filming tonight at Pinewood
From that first picture, I'm guessing the Pinewood backlot is doubling for a Jamaican location.
MI6Community has Instagram pictures from an extra that show she is a Cuban dancer.
