That sounds very Hans Zimmer, and I am a bit worried now about the score.
Zimmer's doing the score, so what else would it sound like? They hired Zimmer because of what he does. If they wanted a John Barry-esque score they would have hired David Arnold again.

Zimmer's scores can have very different sounds, so the score didn't have to sound like that.

With few exceptions, Zimmer's scores haven't varied much over the past decade.

I'd say Bladerunner 49, The Edge of Seventeen and the opening titles of The Crown (the most recent of Zimmer's work I've heard) don't have the same style.

OK panic over, if you listen carefully you can hear music much like the Twitter/Instagram post in the background of the 4 Dec trailer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Og2vYP7VzUs
The note paper's logo of the shield with the crescent-like shape inside it intrigued me so I re-watched Casino carefully, but that logo does not appear either in Bond and Vesper's Venice hotel or at the Basel bank when Bond looks for Vesper. The bank has a completely different logo.
My guess is, the notepaper is from that Venice hotel, we will see a flashback with Vesper, and Bond is burning the note as he brings closure to that relationship now he is with Madeleine.
Twitter account Springhouse has done some good detective work and spotted that the notepaper logo is from the fake hotel in Matera used for the film, Palazzo Lucareschi, where Bond and Madeleine stay; suggesting the note is by Bond and he's going to leave it at Vesper's tomb. https://twitter.com/springhousese/status/1226975878808252416?s=20
Thanks for posting! Very cool character posters there. I received a toy AKS-74U just yesterday, and no word of a lie - was about to ask in the B25 gun thread whether the rifle Bond wields in Cuba is an AKS-74U RIS. This one Primo's holding looks very much like it. Maybe Bond takes this rifle from Primo.

Just wondering, is this the same cemetery that will have an explosion in it? Some time back there was also a photo with the a name on a tomb. The name was blurred out because it may been considered a spoiler. Is this the same tomb from the photo?
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope
Something just occured to me: If that's really Q standing inside the big plane wearing a helmet when the switchblade glider exits …. but isn't Q afraid of flying? )
The official 007 channel on IG posted a 30 sec clip with the song playing. Shows a good amount of new scenes, and this movie looks like it is beautifully shot.
One very nice nod was the continuity of keeping Bond‘s scar he obtained in Skyfall on his right upper pec.
Another observation: lighting-wise, Q‘s home looks an awful lot like the background of the new Safin scene. Will he be visiting him?

I don't think it is Q's place. While Safin's room has an off-white or cream colour along with a blue, if you look at Q's place the blue is different.
Looking at Safin's room, we see a desk chair, a light stand, a book case, a door behind him with windows above the door, and I think if you look at Q's room in the Q teaser (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLQLqFCZSDY) it's difficult to match Safin's 'corner' with anything we see in Q's house.
But, I do think it resembles Madeleine's room in this shot, which is probably her office.
If you look at the walls behind her, one is an off-white and the other could be a light blue. I have also suspected that the shot of the woman opening the box with the broken Noh mask is not the same scene as Madeleine in her 'office' with a tear in her eye; instead, Madeleine, at that moment, could be looking at Safin - her 'brother'?

*Edit: Sorry, I figured out how to play the video.

The Lion King is very different. And Pirates is also different. And Sherlock Holmes is different. So, it's not certain we'll get Gladiator meets Bladerunner 2049, but that Instagram post music worries me.

But what is pure Zimmer and what is one of his Remote Control staff? Steve Mazzaro is his staffer who is working with Hans on NTTD.

It's not very encouraging, it's a mixed picture.

Mazzaro helped on Lion King and provided 'additional music' for Pirates, but he was also involved with Interstellar, Man of Steel and Batman Vs Superman and was co-composer on The Amazing Spiderman 2. Only click on the link if you are of a strong disposition.

I'd hoped Steve McQueen's Widows (sadly a misfire for the usually brilliant McQueen) might be something more hopeful but it's a bit Dark Knight IMHO.

Yes
The title should have been, "Dr. No Time To a Kill and Let Die Another Day"
Surely you mean No? Not Yes, isn't it? ) ) )

It is indeed Q on the plane, testing out his prototype helmet:

I especially like the vibe of the establishing shot of the Matera. The one scene is like a painting.
