The painter James Hart Dyke was given "full Access" to the MI6 to make paintings. Here are some of the results:

James Hart Dyke is a Bondian painter, if that's possible. He like to hike in the mountains and paint there:

He has made a series of paintings about Aston Martin

He also went to Afghanistan to paint the war:

Interesting. The concept is rather like those inside court paintings of witnesses and defendants that you see on the News here in the UK.

Amazing, I didn't think they still had official war artists .

Very cool, it's a cool style that he paints. The second image reminds me of the Connery/Moore MI6 sets.
Don't confuse me with the other DutchBondFan, but be sure to follow his YouTube account. You can read my articles on James Bond Nederland: www.jamesbond.nl/author/gosse/

If they ever print a more expensive edition of Fleming's novels, James Hart Dyke would be great at painting the illustrations.
